College Fair

Today at my school I had a fun day because we had the College Fair. I think this is the only year were doing it. Lets start the day.

When I woke up it was 4:00 A.M. I decided to sleep until 6:00 because I had nothing else to do. When I woke up again it was the correct timing. Everyone was sleeping except me. I got up and headed to my dad's room where I left my shirt. I had to look spiffy for the special occasion. Then I played with my mom's phone for 15 minutes and headed toward the bus stop. I talked to my group member because he brought his poster and tablecloth. 

When I got to my class I saw that 4 other kids were already there. They weree all dressing their best for the occasion. Some of them brought there posters when ours was already in the class. Since I was sick and had to go home early yesterday, I don't know what they did with the board. When the teacher finally came  I rushed to my board and saw that it was full of pictures that I didn't know my classmates had in their inventory.

The teacher said that we had to rush to the cafeteria to set up. Our board was the last one. After another 10 minutes the first grade came in. It took 30 minutes for them to go and look everywhere. The sad thing was the teachers didn't trust them to walk and look wherever they want so they all had to walk in a big line. Most of them didn't even look at ours because it was so far away.

Then the 1st graders came in. After about 15 minutes my sisters class came. Everyone was saying that she was so cute. They were screaming that she was hear. She gave me a big hug and then said that I smell like my dad. That was the embarrassing part. Some people were laughing. I just told her to move along. Then another one of my friends Ethan and Sandra came over. They were also first grade. I invited them over to my board to look at it. I showed may friend Ethan the handshake and then he left to look at someone else's project.

The other 2 grades (2nd and 3rd) I didn't really care about because I didn't know a lot of them. Ariana Miller (girl in my group) said that I was slacking off even though I was the expert in that group. I answered everyone's answers and questions about our college (University).

After the College Fair ended everyone was packing their boards and materials up. I carried the board and then my friend said I could take it home. I was happy because I could show it to my parents. We had Character Education and then Lunch. It was Chicken Nuggets. For once I actually ate the potatoes that comes with it. After that we had Social Studies. The weird thing was that when I was using the bathroom they were watching a movie. I guess they thought we deserved to watch it because we worked hard at the Fair. I was called the one and only "Goosebumps"
