Today when I walked out my house it was 8:01 A.M and I was running to my bus stop. I don't really know why I was running, but I guess I did it because of exercise. When I got to the bus stop I saw a few kids. After about 10 minutes (didn't bring my watch so I'm just guessing) the rest of the parents came with their kids. At around 8:30 A.M I could see the bus all the way down the street and put on my sweater (it was raining). While putting it on I smelled it and realized just how bad it was. That is why I just held the sweater instead of wearing it because if I put it inside my backpack it would also smell.
At my school, I walked into the class and grabbed a breakfast. Then ate it until it was 8:55 A.M. That is when my teacher told the class to line up and we all walked down the stairs to the bottom floor where my first class was (Social Studies). Social Studies was one of my favorite classes because we had a pretty funny teacher. Sometimes he yells a little too much to make a statement or overexaggerates about some of the things in the class. Other than that he's a great teacher to have. His name is Mr. Gilyard and I think he is Jamaican. Sometimes he makes little references about supposedly being in the military, but never actually talks about it.
My next class was Science even though I thought it was Technology. I was a bit confused when I found out but realized that the schedule I was using wasn't correct and my teacher would give me a new one later. For Science, all we did was define some words and study for a quiz we would be having next class. Other than that I was kind of drawing a flower, but that was it. After Science, we had recess because for 7th graders our lunch was after recess. The cool thing was that we had lunch at 10:45 A.M, so early am I right? During recess, I just played tag and talked to some of my friends under the playground.
After Lunch and recess, I walked back to my homeroom. The whole class got ready for Spanish and our teacher for the class checked our homework. Once she was done the whole class watched a song on youtube called "Se Chevere". It basically has a bunch of "Cognados" (vocabulary) that we can use to copy in our notes. I really liked the song because it talked about how to be a cool teacher and was pretty funny. Okay not about the cool teacher part but mostly because it was funny. I really enjoyed it and now its kind of stuck inside my head.
After school, my bus dropped me off at my usual bus stop and I walked over to my dad. He was talking to another parent and told me to go to the house to change. Once I finished changing I saw my dad and sister outside the window walking towards the house so I opened the door for them. Then I washed my hands because I knew we would be eating food. The "food" that we were eating was called "Momo" and it was pretty good. I helped set up the table and put the plates. While everyone one of us were eating I grabbed three napkins and passed it to each of us. That was my day and see you later.
