As soon as my dad came home my mom was frantically asking him if he could take Monkyi to the clinic since her appointment was in 4 minutes. To me that seemed ridiculous but my father decided to go either way, and to my amazement they let my sister still take her appointment, even if she was 15 minutes late. While they were at their appointment I was waiting in my seat playing on my phone. There was this little girl that had barely any hair and was annoying her mother. She kept on falling on the floor (not accidentally) and was trying to open the door. I felt pretty bad for her and was happy when my my sister came back from her check up. After waiting a few more minutes we walked to another room where I was supposed to take my vaccine. Now let me tell you, I did cry or anything but the shot still hurt a lot. It was just sheer willpower that got me through that horrific needle. She told me to tighten my arms into a fist so she could see my veins and then picked the one nearest to the elbow.
Then, the little needle that she had was inserted inside of my vein and I could just feel the pain. I learned an interesting fact about Blood and Veins during school last year. When the blood is inside of the body it is blue but when exposed to air or formally known has carbon dioxide it turns the color to red. That’s why you can see blue veins when you tighten up your fists or strain your muscles. Anyway, the woman made a lot of jokes and I really liked her attitude. Laughter is always the best medicine, unless you have cancer or diabetes. Then, laughter can do a nothing for you, eating healthy will though! After both of our appointments my dad took us in the car and we drove back home to eat food with our mom. Along the drive my sister and I noticed that there was a living caterpillar on my leg! This is no joke, the day before a caterpillar was hanging off my arm for no apparent reason and I immediately saved it before it fell.
That’s right, heh heh. I’m compassionate to bugs as well. Thankfully, it didn’t die through the ride home and I was able to pick it up and drop it near a plant so it can enjoy itself. This is because technically it’s still a baby so it needs as much food as possible. And staying in the car for more than hour probably isn’t good. Now I’m starting to get curious, when I’m finished with this post I’m going to search it up on the internet and see what type of caterpillar it is. I really appreciate all of the support that I’ve been getting, from me to me and also me. Yeah, I know my father’s the only one that reads this. And possibly my ELA teacher, but anyways thanks for reading and hoped you enjoyed another journal entry of Rinchen Sangpo’s World!
