Today I am going to write about what I did yesterday and today. The reason I didn't write on Saturday was because I wrote my blog for that day on Friday, so I didn't have any homework. The other reason I didn't write was because it was my friend's birthday party. I wore my shorts and short sleeve shirt because its not like it's a ceremony or anything. By the way, the kid's name was Dakar. I always thought his name was Douga. Which was his little sister's.
I had a blast. The bad thing was that I was 2 hours late. My mom had to buy a present for him. So she bought Tennis pants and shirts for the boy. I seriously doubt the boy liked it. One he told me he didn't want it to me but not to my mother and two he plays Table Tennis. I laughed at this and realized how much time we wasted! We could've been on time like everyone else but noooooo, someone bought a gift the kid didn't like and then took an extra train to wrap the present and put it in a box. I mean she didn't buy him a Tennis racket or Tennis ball.
We took three trains all the way to Queens and then Dakar's father came and picked us up. I can tell you straight off the bat that in his car it took us another 15 minutes to get to the bowling alley. Then another thing hit me. Queens is where I usually always go to sleepovers or see my friends and play with them. The thing I hate about Queens is that underneath all the people there is a train that comes every 30 minutes and makes such a loud noise I can barely hear the cars.
All the other kids and their parents already arrived playing bowling. I ate two pieces of chicken and half a slice of tiny pizza. I got 3 spares and no strikes. That officially proves I was the worst player they ever had. Literally. Even the girls beat me because they used the thing where all you have to do is roll the bowling ball and it goes in whatever line you want it to. Then we ate cake. First of all it was the worst cake I have ever had. It was the size of my my foot. The frosting was so cold that I almost got frostbite. Luckily I had some fruit punch to digest the cake slice.
After that one of the parents gave all the 8 kids a card worth $15 which we used on games. I hated it because I saved all my money to the very end unlike everyone else and had $4 left. They all had 1$ or 50 cents. Some kid stole my card and used it for himself. Then he told my mother that it was his card and he lost mine. I mean can you believe him. I protested so much my mom said she would buy me a new one. Then I told her I was so angry I just wanted some more fruit punch to relax.
I hung out with him afterward because everyone else went to their homes. We had a sleepover. Me and him played together on our phones and then watched a movie. Their dad wanted to get us some pizza and I said mushroom. The weird thing is that on the pizza it is filled with twenty five pieces of mushrooms unlike the usual six I get near Journal Square. That was my day and goodbye.
