I got to meet my mom yesterday since she had surgery. The other days I couldn't because of school. Today is the moment I have been waiting for! Sure we left her a bit, but then we came back and had lunch with her. So here's my day. Just so you know leave a comment letting me know wether you want an anime blog next time or my day.
It was 7:00 when I woke up. I noticed my sister still sleeping in her bed. I woke her up and told her we had to get ready for the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. She was really excited because she had her field day. We were late though. Like we only had 5 minutes to get dressed, brush teeth, and eat breakfast. I don't think anyone can do that in under 5 minutes. As we ran downstairs and entered the playroom my dad opened the door. He told us to go back to sleep. Me and my sister were really confused but did as he said.
After another hour we went downstairs and ate breakfast. It was egg, Tibetan Bread, and milk. We then had an early start to our homework. I only got through one paragraph when he told us to get dressed. I didn't know what he was talking about. After a while I understood. We were going to visit my mother in the hospital. Recently she had surgery and we wanted to accompany her, but the trip was long and we had to walk instead of driving. If we drove we would get no parking spaced the traffic would talk 3 hours. In addition we would have to pay 13 dollars in order to get pass the Holland Tunnel.
After constantly walking and melting through the harsh sun we arrived at the hospital. There were three different entrances and of course we took the long one. It was cold and full of shade. There was a waiting room with a TV and a man greeted us. He gave us visiting passes and told us where she staying. The elevator apparently had a seizure because it took 10 minutes to get to us. Our mother was on the 9th floor which was pretty tall. I wouldn't be surprised if the patients were afraid of heights. Then the moment you were all waiting for......... MOM!!!!!!!!!!
My sister kissed her so many times and I hugged her like crazy. Afterward we talked about how her life was and how my graduation was. The weird thing is she first arrived at the hospital right after my graduation ended. I saw that she couldn't eat sold food and only had water and apple juice. I felt sorry for her, but today we're picking her up. She also didn't get to move. She looked way skinnier than I ever imagined. My sister and me watched TV while my mother slept. My dad went on his phone and we stayed like that for 30 minutes.
After ward my father said we should go outside and get some fresh air. Unfortunately she couldn't come, as you would know. We promised to get her some more apple juice and got some food for ourselves as well. As all of us left the hospital my father decided we go to Central park and relax their. It was a good 40 minutes in my opinion. I had lots of fun playing tag with my sister and climbing trees. She got to see a lake while me, well I decided not to. How could they look over a lake when their was burning sun covering them from thousands of miles away. When w arrived back at the hospital Me and my father said goodbye while my sister decided to give her a kiss again.
