Since I couldn't go to the field trip yesterday because I didn't have the "complete" uniform. I was told to stay inside one of the 2nd grade classrooms which I actually enjoyed. But let me start from the beginning. Once, I got to class there weren't many kids. However, as the minutes went by, more started to show up. Out of the 29 kids in my class 3 of them weren't in their correct uniform like me. Before all the kids who were going on the field trip got in line me and the other 3 kids were sent to seperate rooms. In total, there were around 16 kids who weren't going to the trip. The reason I really enjoyed my 2nd grade class (one I was put in) was because the teacher of that room was mine last year.
Okay so maybe she wasn't my homeroom teacher, but she was kind of the assistant. I liked how nice she was and that was why I was so happy. She kindly told me to put my stuff in the back table and even let me use the black chair that can roll! Since she was so nice, I didn't want to cause any problems for her and she seemed a bit stressed anyway. Apparently, the kids that were in the class had to take an EOT (End of Term) test that would greatly improve their grade. Some of them weren't listening and given this even I tried to get them to quiet down. After spending 2 hours in that back table I finished the work my ELA teacher assigned me to to do and used the bathroom as well.
When all the kids finished the test, she told them it was time for snack and they all rushed to their seats so that their group would be called to get snack first. It was quite amusing and while eating their snack she let them watch a movie. This is where the really nice part comes into play, she let me watch the movie as well and I was grateful for that. Soon it was time for the kids to have lunch. I was just sitting quietly when the nice teacher told me that I could go as well. So I grabbed my sweater and walked with the class outside and played some soccer with the younger kids. There was even another 7th grade kid who wanted to play but feared he might hurt one of the little kids.
After recess was over I headed inside the cafeteria with the little kids and made sure that they were quiet since I didn't want the lunch attendents to say they were too loud. Its not like it would hurt me or anything, but it just feels better to know that the class in which my favorite teacher is in charge of is quiet. At 2:00 P.M the kids all lined up and I took them up to Technology. Then, they all went inside the room and I helped my teacher carry their jackets and lunch boxes. Later on, I asked my teacher a few questions about the school and she even gave me a book that she read back in 8th grade.
Now time for Google News, I know that I don't know all the details of the story but hear me out. So today I was looking at the news for a few minutes because I was bored and came across the subject of how Jerusalam is apparently now being fully controlled by Isreal. Before, Isreal and Palestinians have kept seperate sides of this place but Donald Trump is the first president to ever say that Jerusalam belongs to one of these nations. I feel as though Donald Trump should mind his own business and just let these two nations have their own arguement. There is no reason to get into an arguement that was never related to you and then say something like that. Now Palestinians are protesting against this and I feel that America has no reason to speak because they are irrelavent to this crisis.
