Today was the last day of the ELA PARCC and also the so-called "End of the World" because of Planet Niburu. You see, remember when I talked about those people that thought the Earth will come to its end because of another planet? Well, today was the day the planet "Nibiru" was supposedly supposed to come and cause an extinction of us humans. I guess it's not happening because the birds are chirping and the sun is still up. Anyway, let me start talking about my day. Once I got to my bus stop there were a couple of other kids already there. I saw a school bus titled "Beloved Community Charter School" but for some reason, it didn't come towards us. Then, I realized that Beloved is sharing their buses with another school called, "Empowerment".

Then, one of the parents said they got an email saying that our bus was going to be 1 hour late. I definitely did not want to wait for an hour so instead, I walked back to my house. Before I turned the corner one of the parents said that she would call "LYFT" and they could drop us at the school. Although I wanted to go I remembered my father's words "never go in a stranger's car". So with my most polite voice, I said my parents wouldn't let me and continued on my path to the house. Thankfully, my mother was still at the house and she told me that she would call her taxi friend to pick me up and drop me off at the school. So, for about 15 minutes I silently waited until there was a knock on the door.

With all my strength, I ran outside before the taxi driver drove away and got in the car. The thing that scared me the most was that I might've possibly not locked the door. However, when I came into the house the first thing I asked my father as if the front door was locked when he came in. And you don't know how happy I was when he said "Yes". Then again, I didn't even worry about anything once I got inside the school. For the first period, it was Social Studies and the teacher said we were going to start learning about "Benin" and "Wakanda". I had no problem with that especially because I knew that this was based on the movie "Black Panther". See, "Wakanda" isn't a real place. Sure it seems like it is but sadly it's not.

Afterwards, the next period was Science and I expected to hear some points. However, either the teacher was in a bad mood or my class really was just awful (not me though). And apparently, I just checked my "ClassDojo" and the points were reset! That makes no sense because how are they going to decide who gets to go on the trip! It really bugs me that the teachers would make a silly mistake like this. I'm pretty sure that I'm probably going to go because I had 11 points. Now that doesn't seem like a lot but every day I at least got around 2 to 3. This is mainly from my ELA teacher, but then my Math one gave me an extra 4 if you add them all up (please tell me I get to go on the trip!).

Google News

In Toronto, Canada there was a deliberate attack to about 25 civilians. Sixteen of them were injured and 9 were killed. It really was one of the biggest mass killings in America. It just seems like nowadays there is always going to be killings. First, it's the bombings, then the school shootings, after that "truck" killing, and just today I found out a man killed 4 people ate a WAFFLE HOUSE! America may not be the safest place to live in, but then again it never was. The man killed the 9 people before he hit his truck against a tree. The killer walked out and pointed a gun at the police officer. He was telling the officer to shoot him in the head but instead the savior detained him. I thought it was weird the killer didn't just shoot the police officer.
