Although yesterday wasn’t very interesting I am going to try to make it seem as long and fun as possible. So, waking up I slowly walked towards the bathroom while looking into my dad’s room to see if he was there. The only reason I went to the mirror was to look at how my hair turned out after sleeping, and it’s a pretty good excuse for getting out of bed. Eventually, I just sat on my bed and watched a bit of Youtube (catching up on the latest trends) before heading downstairs to get clean for the day. My sister was just being super annoying and asking what the time was, so when I told her she wanted to actually see my phone (as proof) but I wouldn’t let her anywhere near it. I don’t know how dirty her hands are.
My asked each of us what we wanted for breakfast and my sister, like always wanted to go outside again! Like just let the old man not waste his money, I bet my father wouldn’t have any problem making egg and bread. In the end, we decided to go to Wonder Bagel, well I mean “she” wanted to go to Wonder Bagel. I would have been fine eating at McDonalds or anywhere else. Since they only thing they serve are, you guessed it, “Bagels”. I had a toasted tuna filled bagel and so did my dad, my sister got a regular cream cheese bagel like the last time we ate here. After about 10 minutes they gave us plates and handed our food. At first I could tell they put way too much tuna, but my dad had no problem.
It gave me a sort of happy feeling knowing that all three of us were enjoying our food and spending quality time together since I usual am the one to just leave and play video games. After taking a few pictures for dad to post on Facebook and WeChat I threw our food away and walked with the two of them back to the car. My dad wanted to go to a festival but I immediately refused since he gave us the option to do so. Back at home, I started reading, “The Kane Chronicles”. It’s a really good book about Egyptian mythology and how two children are on a journey to save the world (just like every other adventure story related to mythology). Sorry Rick Riordan.
