One of my friends has a 91 or higher on ever single one of his subjects and this makes me extremely jealous. Of course I can't blame him, his parents let him stay up for as long as he wants since he doesn't have a bedtime and because of this he can study and work as much as he wants while balancing time on his games and phone. Unlike me, I kid who has to go at 8:00 P.M, like this is actually so stupid. The reason that I can't get up in the morning is because I'm, sleeping too much.
You know that's a thing right? I literally sleep 11 to 12 hours and some of you might think that's cool and really good for you. It's not! If I sleep too much I will get the same effects as if I am sleep deprived, the bed will feel really comfortable and I won't want to get out. I need to find a balance but that results in going to sleep later so that I can adjust myself. Papa, if you are reading this. You can keep Monkyi's bedtime to 8 but keep mine to at least 9 because at this rate I'm going to get so used to sleeping for 11 to 12 hours that when I go to high school, college, and etc I will literally be in the worst possible shape.
Going to sleep at 9 or 9:30 is definitely a good option or new time that I should have. Every day, I might go to bed at 8:00 but then spend 30 minutes just sitting down restlessly because I'm still not tired and it's not good for me. "Sleeping too much is linked with many of the same health risks as sleeping too little, including heart disease, metabolic problems such as diabetes and obesity, and cognitive issues including difficulty with memory.
Similar to people who sleep too little, people who sleep too much have higher overall mortality risks.", this is quote from an article that I literally just read and hear it supports exactly what I've been saying. "

- Difficulty waking up in the morning (including sleeping through an alarm)
