Yesterday I went with my aunt to Newport mall. The reaosn we went to Newport mall was because she wanted to go and pay her AT&T bill. The reason I went with my aunt was because I was bored and had nothing to do. My sister just didn't want to be alone so she went iwth us. The three of us went to the bus stop and waited for a good 15 minutes. While waiting we had to use our umbrellas because it started raining. 

When the bus finally came I got on the bus and sat on the first seat I could find. There were a bunch of anonymous people on the bus that I didn't know, but I tried my best not to stare and just talked to my sister. There was a guy in front of my sister and I and looked annoyed when my sister tried to take my phone away from me. I can't blame him, my sister made a lot of noise. I was simultaneously using my phone while trying to count my money in case I dropped any.

Once we got to Newport mall my aunt noticed that my phone didn't ahve a cover and asked me if I wanted to get a phone cover. I gladly said yes because I didn't my phone to turn like my sister's (not working anymore). Only a minute of walking we found a booth where a guy was selling phone covers. I decided that was the place where we would get my cover and we walked over to him. There weren't an abundant amount of choices, but one of the cases looked really cool so I got it.

After the cases my we went upstairs to the second floor to the AT&T store. That wya my aunt cna pay her bill, when she finished paying her bill I asked if I could check the iPhone 6 prices. Turns out that they were only $200. My aunt told me at the store where she fixed my phone there was a used iPhone 6 that costed $100. She regrets fixing my phone and said she could have gotten me an iPhone 6 for only an extra $10. She must have been infuriated, but once we got some ice cream she calmed down.

Lastly we went to McDonalds because I wanted lunch. After that all of us went to BJ'S to get snacks for the house since we don't have any more. While getting the snacks my aunt looked around the store since she hadn't been there for a while. While waiting for her to finish I went on my phone and then sat on a couch. Thirty minutes later they came back and payed for the snacks. My aunt also got somethinig for herself and conditioner. It was raining outside so I was pretty depressed when we got home all soaking wet, anyways that is it for my trip.

September 2nd post

Today the time that I woke up was around 7:30 A.M. My sister went to my dad's bed and he started tickling her. Because of that my sister kept on laughing and I couldn't sleep. However I still stayed in bed because I knew she would stop eventually. As soon as she did, I closed my eyes and got comfortable in bed. Then my dad told her that they are going downstairs. As soon as I heard that I panicked and didn't know what to do. My sister had already got downstairs, but my father was using the bathroom. 

After that he told me to get up, wash my face, and brush my teeth, I am not exaggerating So I got up and walked downstairs to the bathroom. From there I brushed my teeth. Once I finished brushing my teeth I cleaned my mouth with some water and a towel, then went back to the kitchen. My sister told me that my dad was making some chapati so I was a bit excited since I adored it! I went to the living room so that I could charge my phone. Then went back to the kitchen.

My dad was putting the plates on the table which already had eggs on them. He also put the bread on a plate that was in the middle of the table. The majority of the chapati was at the bottom of the plate because on top there were regular pieces of bread. Thats why I had to grab the chapati from underneath the rest of the bread. Anyway my breakfast was pretty good and I really enjoyed it. While eating I heard a knocking on the door and since my sister was talking to my dad I got it. 

It was my aunt. She came back after a week. She told us that she went to a monastery to pray and now that she finished she's happy. My dad put a plate for her and told me to get a cup. Then he poured milk into the cup for my aunt and kept on eating his food. My aunt took her food and went to the living room where I was reading my book. She asked me it was okay if she watched TV while I was reading and I told her yes. On the news I saw the hurricane "Harvey" and was devastated!

That hurricane would cost a massive amount of money to repair! On the news they said that hurricane "Sandy" cost about 160 billion dollars to repair. That is so much money and to think ,"Harvey" will be 190 billion dollars! Wow, good thing the U.S government makes the money. Or else we would all be in some trouble. Once I finished reading my remarkable book I went to the computer and started typing this. As this very moment my dad and sister are watching TV in the living room, that is my day.

September 1st post 2017

Today when I woke up it was around 8:00 A.M. During the night I heard some noise coming from the kitchen and just assumed it was my dad so I went back to sleep. After waking up I went to my sister's room and saw that she was still sleeping. Thats why I had to make her get up. Fortunately for me she did and we both went downstairs. As soon as I got down I felt really tired so I sat on the couch in the living room for a few long minutes. When that was done I got up again and then headed for the kitchen. 

The agony of not knowing what cereal to eat was so intense. There weren't a lot of choices, but that wasn't the point. I couldn't choose between, "Trix" or "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" so in the end I just mixed them up. I extracted the spoon I was going to use from one of the cupboards and then grabbed some milk from the refridgerator. I put the precise amount of milk that I wanted into my bowl and then had a nice breakfast. It was marvelous and watching some TV while eating made it all the better.

After finishing the cereal I carefully read the note that my dad wrote before he went to work. It said that he would come at exactly 2:00 P.M and expects me to actually finish my homework. Unlike the other two times (which were yesterday and the day before). For my homework I had to read and write. Apparently he wasn't impressed with my post the other day because it didn't have "6th grade vocabulary" so today I tried to add a few. He says that reading is beneficial for my education and typing is as well. I'm not going to say that I think he's wrong because he's right.

The book that I will be reading today is the "Wing's of Fire" series. I know I already talked about the series and the book I'm reading specifically, but I still want to talk about what I've read overall. Yesterday he asked me questions about the book since he didn't think that I read and fortunately I got all of his questions right (only 2). The first one he asked is what is happening during the chapters that I have read so far and I told him the answer. After I told him my answer he was scanning through the whole book to see if I was correct.

Anyways for the first chapter of what I've read today (chapter 16) the baby dragonet called "Cliff" lies to Peril and Chameleon (main characters) about him not being able to fly. He soars through the sky palace all the way to the underground prison where his mother is. From there his mother grabs the boy and tries to protect him. Two guards come and protect the mother (mother=previous Queen of the Sky palace), they are still loyal to her. Suddenly Queen Scarlet flies in the dungeon and fights the mother. In the end the mother wins the fight and gets to live with her son.

Last day of August 2017

Yesterday I wrote on my post about my day. Since my dad wan't with me today we weren't able to do a lot of stuff. Thats why I am going to continue from where I left off. Yesterday, after my dad went into the living room I just finished the post. Then I told him that I finished, however he didn't go with me back to the computer in order to check it. Thats why I just watched some youtube while waiting for him. After another 30 minutes he came into the playroom to check my post. The good thing is I still had it and it and we checked it together.

Then he went back into the living room. Since I was bored and didn't know what to do so I went onto my phone and played this game I just downloaded called "Pewdepie: Tuber Simulator". Even though I don't watch the actual youtuber,  the game is still really fun. I was addicted with it and whenever I had the chance I would try to get on the game and play it. Suddenly my dad came into the room and told my sister and I that we had to go to the swimming pool. I never really liked the pool, but once I get there it's usually pretty fun.

Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the pool as much as I wanted to. This is because I  was trying to find my swimming trunks. However I couldn't and in the end I had to use my second pair, which was twice as small as the first. Although I don't like either of them the second was definitely worse. It literally went 2 inches above my knee. Thats pretty small. Thats why that whole time walking to the pool I was mad. The good thing is that when I got into the pool it felt like I was wearing my usual trunks. 

When my sister and I were done with the pool we went back to our dad. My sister went first and she grabbed a towel. Then I ran towards him, but he didn't let me use the towel. He told me, "You can't have one because you didn't get one for yourself. I couldn't believe him, thats something I'll never forget! Since I didn't have a towel I had to use my shirt. While walking to the entrance of the pool I used the bathroom. I expected my dad to wait for me, but "noooo". 

Thats why the whole time walking back home from the pool I felt grumpy. Once I got back home I was about to say something, but then held it back in because I just knew he would say something back and make me even more angry. The rest of the day I just went outside to the park and came back home. Then I had pasta and went to bed. At around 3:50 A.M. I saw some light in the kitchen downstairs. I knew it was my dad because he probably had to go to work. However I went back to sleep before I even knew it, thats pretty much all for my post.

August 30th 2017 post

When I woke up today I saw that my sister wasn't in her room. Thats when I heard her with my dad. She must went to my dad's room while I was asleep. Then I heard my dad tell my sister that it was time to go downstairs. I was still tired so I tried to fake sleep and hope my sister would ignore me. Unfortunately that wasn't the case because pulled on my covers and then told me to wake up. I was really mad, but knew that if I didn't come downstairs with them my dad would get mad at me and that was a chance I wasn't going to take.

When I got downstairs my dad told me to brush my teeth upstairs. So I took a toothpaste from the bathroom downstairs and then went up. At the upstairs bathroom I didn't know which toothbrush was mine because I barely ever went upstairs to brush my teeth. Thats why I just used the blue one since thats the color brush I have downstairs. When I used the blue brush it felt kind of weird because the tip was so sharp. Okay, more like it hurt my gums when I tried to brush.

Once I finished brushing my teeth I grabbed my phone from my bed and then went down again. I plugged my phone into a charger and then went back to the kitchen table to eat breakfast. For breakfast I ahd rice and egg. Thats basically rice with pieces of egg mixed as well, in cased you didn't know already. After breakfast I went back into the bathroom to brush my teeth because my dad said they were still dirty. Then I also changed my clothes for teh same reason as the teeth. 

Once that was all done I headed into the playroom and started reading "Wings of Fire: Escaping Peril". My dad was washing the dishes and my sister was reading her book. After about 30 minutes my sister and dad both stopped reading their books. I asked my dad if I could keep on reading because I didn't want to type but he said no and thats why I'm writing this right now. Okay, so while I am writing this my dad and sister ahve already left to go to the library. 

I asked my dad if I could stay only because I want to finish this post as fast as I can. Fortunately he let me stay home so I could write this. Thats why I went on youtube and I put on some music to listen to while I was typing. As soon as they came back I turned off the music only because I didn't know wether my dad would like it. Lastly my father just went into the living room and started watching TV. My sister splashed a bunch of water on me and then went into the living room. Thats all for today.

August 28th 2017

Yesterday wasn't the most interesting of days, but at least I did a few things so this is what I did yesterday. Yesterday when I woke up it was around 8:30 A.M. I thought my dad was supposed to go to work yesterday so I went to his room and checked. However he was standing right in front of me. This got me really confused because he told the people at his work that he was gonna help them with the "inventory". I don't really know what that means, but I am assuming that he was gonna go on the computer for a while.

Another thing that I did yesterday was finally go back and play on my Playstation. It was a full week since I used it and said hi to all of my friends. One of them told me that without me the conversations were a bit awkward because usually I say something funny or weird to continue the conversation. One of my friends gave me a nickname called "RSpanky". I don't really know what he got it from, but it's really funny and from there that has been my nickname ever since. If you don't think about how weird it is its pretty funny. I even made a phrase for my youtube channel when I start a video. 

I say,"Whats up guys, RSpanky here back with another video! Greetings to all of you guys and subscribe to my channel in order to join the Spank Army!". Thats basically what I say, I know it sounds pretty ridiculous, but I like how funny it is so that is what I keep on saying whenever I join a party. When I say ,"Party" its basically where me and my friends talk to each other. I have some other nicknames to like the regular "R.S". Some people that I talk to get confused about how to say my name and say it a bit weird. I don't mind though because its funny the way they say it.

The only other thing that I did yesterday was go to the swimming pool. I went to the pool because my dad told me to and I can't think of anything to make us stay home. I don't really feel comfortable because usually when you where swimming shorts they are pretty short and go up to your knee. Thats why I am going to ask my mom if I can get bigger swimming trunks when she comes back from work. Anyway when we all got to the swimming pool I noticed there weren't a lot of people around the pool and inside. In addition there were no lifeguards.

I only go to the kid side of the pool because my sister can't go to the big side and I don't know anyone else. However I don't really mind because I still have lots of fun. My dad never goes in the water. My sister tells me this is because he doesn't have any swimming trunks to where, but I am kind of skeptical about that. Anyway when we finish at the pool all of us go back home and I don't have a chance to wear my shirt so I wear my towel to keep warm. At home my dad tells my sister and I that he has to go to work. Why go to work at 6:00 P.M? I don't question him though and let him go. Thats all for yesterday!

I survived

Today I read this book called " I Survived: The San Francisco Earthquake". This book was written by Lauren Tarshis. I have read a few of the "I Survived" books and honestly think they are pretty creative. These books take place in real life events, but have made up stories to go along with it. The reason I even this book is because I was forced to read them, my summer homework required this specific book and had comprehension questions to go along with it. Besides that I have to write a so called " Newspaper" about it.

This book starts off talking about how at around 5:12 A.M Rincon Hill (In San Francisco, California) the ground starts to shake. It talks about how fires start happening and the ground trembles beneath the feet of the people. After a few seconds the surface starts to break up, all because of two humongous rocks smashing against each other inside of Earth. Before the earthquake took place there were not many people awake, only a few shopkeepers opening up their stores and newspaper boys grabbing their papers.

20 hours earlier, a boy named Leo had woken up and was selling newspapers to the people walking around him (presumably men in suits going to work). Every newspaper he sold was a nickel and with the amount of newspapers decreasing in his hand he could possibly buy a nice breakfast. Maybe some warm rolls and some milk. "Now that would be tasty", he thought. While Leo was walking down the aisle with his money he felt the gold nugget inside of his pocket. This was passed down from his grandfather to his father.

Ever since Leo's dad passed away he had been carrying this nugget in his hands. Suddenly two boys pummeled Leo onto the wall. They were by the names of Fletch and Wilkie. Fletch was a thief and took anything he could get. Wilkie always followed Fletch because he was kind of like Fletch's friend and bodyguard. Together they basically stole anything they could get their hands on. Then Fletch yelled at Leo, "Give it to us right now!" Leo thought they were talking about the money he earned from the newspapers so he reached into his pocket. 

However Wilkie stopped him and then Fletch said something else, "You know what I'm talking about so just give it up!". Now Leo was a bit scared because he knew they were talking about his gold nugget, but how could they have known? Suddenly he realized! Leo had a so called friend called "Morris". Morris was the only one he told about his gold nugget to. Since Morris barely had any friends he always wanted attention and I guess told  a few people. Eventually that led to Fletch and Wilkie. After that Fletch stole Leo's nugget from his pockets and ran away with Wilkie.

After a few minutes of Leo sobbing Morris ran towards Leo. He said that he was searching all over for Leo, but couldn't find him. However good it might be to have someone by his side Morris was the last person Leo wanted to see. The reason Leo even lost his gold nugget anyway was because of Morris. He trusted him and Morris failed him completely. The least Leo could do was tell Morris about what happened. That is when Morris said that he had an idea. What if the two of them could trick Fletch and Wilkie into giving back Leo's gold. Leo thought about this the whole night he went to sleep.

Then thought it was a pretty good idea. The only problem was how they could trick them. Then Leo came up with an idea. He knows about a legend in the area where they lived where a man named "Corey Drew" died. Corey Drew had basically been part of the few people that got rich off of the gold rush in Northern California. With the money he planned on moving into a mansion, find a fine lady, and enjoy the rest of his life. However one day he was robbed and murdered in an alley. Know one knows who the murderer was, but they say he still haunts the streets wanting to find his gold.

Leo decided that he could use this legend to his advantage. He knew that Fletch wasn't scared of policemen, adults, or other kids, but maybe this legend was the key to all of that. Thats why he next morning he decided to where some pretty big clothes and grabbed a candle already lit. He carried it on his way to Wilkie and Fletch's hiding spot. Leo always figured that their spot was like a pirate ship, but in reality it was just disgusting and even Leo's room was better. The only reason this whole plan failed was because of Morris.

Basically when Leo came into the room and woke up Wilkie and Fletch, Wilkie got really scared. Even though Fletch still wasn't, that made Leo more confident knowing that at least one of them was tricked. Unfortunately this is the part where Morris comes in, he basically comes through the other door and tries to steal the gold nugget. However he fails and the both of them are pinned against the wall by Wilkie. With that being said the ground starts to shake again, bricks from all the houses around them start to fall.

Morris and Leo start to escape and ran away from the building. Suddenly the shaking stops, but the building in which they just so happened to be in was destroyed. From out of nowhere, Leo and Morris see a hand from the building. It was Wilkie! They go ahead and check to see if he's still alive from his hand and thankfully he his (Leo didn't want anyone to die). Wilkie asks the two of them where Fletch is and they say that he was nowhere to be seen. This made Wilkie mad because for everything he's done for Fletch he abandoned him at a life or death situation.

After the earthquake was over Fletch was put in jail, Leo sold the gold nugget his dad gave to him in order to help Wilkie get back on his feet and start a football career. With eh rest of the money Leo and Morris went to New York so that they could live their life however they wanted to. However his father hadn't just given Leo the gold nugget, but also priceless treasures like the stories of his grandfather. In the end Leo felt something remarkable was going to happen to him, or at least thats what his father told him before he died.
