It was a long Stormy night. Jack awoke from his bed . The rain was tapping against the window pane. Suddenly a mysterious voice asked him if he hears what the wind is saying. When he turned it was Annie. She said the rain was telling them to go to the Magic Tree house. Jack told her he didn't but he really did. Jack and Annie both thought something important was about to happen so they put on Rain Ponchos and also took a flashlight. Annie told Jack to remember his Master Librarian card in case they needed it.
When they reached Frog Creek they both searched for the Tree House. Both of them saw the tallest oak they looked up and there it was. The tree house They saw a puppy right at the fourth corner. Annie named her Teddy. On the floor was a note. It said that the puppy was put a spell on. The first thing that the needed was a gift from a ship at lost sea. The nearest book open was called "The Unsinkable Ship". Annie said she wished she could go there and the tree house started to spin faster and faster until everything was still. Absolutely still.
Jack opened his eyes to a shivering coldness. They both wondered where they were. Jack read from the book. On April 14, 1912, an English Ocean Liner was making its first voyage across the Atlantic Ocean. The Ship carried 2,200 people to New York. Most people believed the ship was unsinkable. Suddenly a shout came from the lookout. An iceberg headed straight for the ship but luckily the ship cut right through it. Soon Annie went with Teddy carrying the flashlight. When Jack followed her he was surprised. This wasn't any old ship. It was the Titanic!
Soon enough they heard that the Captain was calling SOS or Morse code to signal that the ship's engine was cut off. After the Titanic was hit the engine was out off. They tried calling for help but the nearest Ship closed its radio while the others were too far to come. The Titanic sank at around 2:20 A.M. Soon they heard the Captain say he wanted the crew to lift the Lifeboats. Annie thought it was okay then but not Jack. The Titanic only had 20 Lifeboats and they needed twice as many to carry all of the people. All the third-class people didn't know where the lifeboats were so they never made it.
Annie and Jack went to the third-class people and warned them but they only smiled. Didn't they ever care about the importance of them surviving! Soon Annie and Jack saw a little 4 year old. She took him to his sister and then Annie tried to tell her the ship was flooding. She listened and so then they packed their things and went to the lower deck. There they were put on a lifeboat and went away. The sister gave Annie a little gift for being so nice. Her father's watch When they returned home to Frog Creek both of them felt sad for the Titanic.
