Today I am writing about the inspiration of this story that I'm making.
Call of Duty Ghosts is the inspiration for this. This first person shooter video game was made in 2013. The creator is Infinity Ward (company). This game was made for the Ps3, Microsoft windows, and X-Box 360. It is the 10 installment for the "Call of Duty" franchise. It was later released for the Ps4 and X-Box (eighth generation consoles).
There were many positive reviews for the game. The amazing multiplayer mode was recognized and its introduction to the storyline as well. The cons for this first person shooter were for its un-enhanced ending to the campaign and familiar concepts to previous generations. Thats what made this game so unpopular. Everywhere I go no one likes this game. At my school and the park near my house.
This story is taken place in the time period 2017 when U.S Army Officer Elias Walker tells a legend to his sons about how the "Ghosts" (his team) first formed together. Thats how I got that sneak peek I told you about. It was actually really good. When I watched the youtube video it was super cool!
While Elias Walker is telling the tale, in space, a team called the "FOTA" (Federation of the Americas) hijack a weapon satellite that could destroy tons of cities in a matter of seconds. Two workers at this station (Mosley and Baker) sacrifice themselves so the other satellites don't react and cause even more damage. Elias and his sons narrowly escape the massive explosion.
Thats all pretty much the story. After that they create a new project called "LOKI" thats the exact same thing as "ODIN". "ODIN" is the weapon satellite that I talked about earlier. Logan and Hesh (Elias's sons) find out a man named Rorke killed there father. Later on they realize that Rorke was actually the leader of the "Ghosts" before their father. They later tried to catch Rorke and kill him. They realized right after they were unsuccessful. Logan tried to protect his brother as his brother was injured. This resulted in him being capture and tortured. Told you the ending was bad.
