Time

I'm so excited because Spring break is almost here for me and all the kids in Jersey City. It starts on Friday and I get 12 days off (including weekends). I do feel bad for all of the parents and adults because just because its Spring Break they don't get to slack off or relax and stay with their kids. They have to keep on working to pay the bills and get money to buy what they want and need. Anyway I've decided write a story today instead of talking about what I did today. Its going to be called " Time". Just so you know, the story will be in First person. Are you ready? Then lets start this story because my fingers are aching to type.

TIME

..........and thats how I had the time of my life with my son Carver. Oh you don't know what I'm talking about. Well then let me start from the very beginning, when it all started. My son was put in jail the age of 15 for hiding marijuana. I was very disappointed in him and though he knew better. However during those prison years I never went to the prison to talk to him or explain how I felt. During that time I wasn't rich so I could just bail him out. I had to work very hard and by the time I had enough money it was 5 years since he was declared a prisoner. It was time for me to meet him and see if he changed.

When I got to the prison a guard accompanied me to his cell and I asked him what he said. "I think that Carver has become a lot matured and has changed a lot since his first day in his cell" said the guard. When the guard showed me his cell it was empty. He said that it was his mistake and that the prisoners were eating lunch. Then he informed me to sit in the talking booth and wait for him to get Carver. So I waited in the talking booth and started to get a bit worried. What should I say or why did I come anyway? But before I could talk my way out of coming here the guard came back and this time with a man in a mask.

When he left the man pulled the mask from his face. "Calvin! Oh how nice to meet you, I'm so sorry for not coming a lot earlier, but I didn't have enough money to get you out of here. I hope you can forgive me.". Carver didn't reply. He just smirked and then started slamming his head on the wall. Then the guards came in the room and started to tied Carver up so he couldn't do it anymore. Then after they left Carver wasn't smirking anymore. No he looked a lot angrier. Then after a few minutes of his angry expression he started laughing and said "Did I get you? Sorry I just wanted to see how you would react!".

Then I started chuckling and we both got into a conversation. "So hows life her in the prison?" I said. "Well at first I hated it, but then I made some friends and started to play basketball on the court." Carver replied. Then we switched the conversation to what I was doing so far. After a while I bailed him out and the tow of us got into my car. So what do you want to do first?" I said. "I want to spend time with you because I know  life is short so we don't have a lot of it" He said. "Well you know something? I want to spend lots of time with you before we separate. Sound good?" I said. "I have all the time in the world......."
