At 5:30 A.M I woke up, grabbed my glasses, put on my watch, and walked downstairs. After about 15 minutes my sister came down as well. The both of us changed our clothes (I didn't actually change my clothes since it was a dress down for perfect attendance at my school) and then brushed our teeth (or at least I did). Once it was 7:10 A.M I took my sister to her bus stop which was in, "West Side/ Dekalb". By the time we got there it was 7:13 A.M. I let her pay with her friends while I just watched her to make sure she didn't get hurt in any way. Sooner or later (around 7:25) I had anticipated something happened to the bus because it never comes this late.
After waiting for 10 more minutes I started to get paranoid. What if my sister's bus came after 8:00 A.M (when I'm supposed to leave the house for my bus stop). When it was 7:40 A.M I heard one of the parents say that the bus was canceled and not going to come to my sister's stop. On that note I took my sister back to the house, then I went into the bathroom to take a shower. Fortunately it was 7:50 A.M when I was finished with the shower and I put on some clean clothes. At 8:00 A.M I departed (better word for run) out the door with my sister while still remembering to lock the door behind me and turn off the lights in the house.
When we got to the bus stop it was good to see only a few of the parents already there. Before I even knew it the bus came and my sister and I got on. They're is some that I remembered happening yesterday. It was about a boy in my class (friend) called, "Ahmad Khiligi". He was a Pakistani and just walking to the library at my school when suddenly a kid walking bye said, "Eww, MUSLIM". When he told me this I was astonished! I didn't think that there were any kid sin this whole generation who would say something like this! I guess this proves me wrong, when I told my dad this he was disgusted as well. Fortunately my friend told the principal on the kid.
Anyway lets continue with the rest of the day. When I go to school the first thing I saw were kids everywhere wearing dress down. That made me feel good, knowing I wasn't the only person wearing dress down. Now that I say it, it makes me feel pretty stupid thinking I would be the only kid wearing dress down. For first period I had Technology. It was a pretty good class, I was just doing my typing lessons and then playing a game called, "Splix.io" which is called "Paper.io" on phones. After Technology my next class was Dance and for Dance we weren't actually dancing. Instead we had to take a quiz on dancing! It was pretty easy though so no need to worry.
After Dance was Lunch and the food was pretty bad, the bad pizza. Square shaped and crusty shaped on all sides....Who could eat that?!? Anyway my next period was Spanish and we basically just danced to music and then listen to a state capitals rap of all spanish speaking countries. When that was over my last and final class was ELA. All wew did was write an answer to a question about what should be done to help plant life stay abundant. I bunch of people had some pretty good observations as to what should be done (not including me) and after ELA I got on my afternoon bus home.
