After getting on the bus I talked to two of my friends called, "Kiara" and "Jaiden". All three of us did not read chapter 4 of our new book called, "Dark is Rising". That's why instead of continuing chatting I pulled the book from my backpack and started reading. Thankfully, when the bus got to school I had already finished it. The two of them were lazy and decided to go on the internet during Technology and look up the summary. Once I reached my class there were a few kids already eating breakfast. Quickly, I grabbed a breakfast from the container and headed to my seat. The first thing I did was grab my homework and hand it to my teacher. He wanted it given to him during ELA so I put it back in my folder.
For the first period, my class had Technology and headed towards the computer room. Since I had already finished my assignment my instinct was to get on one of the computers and wait for my usual friends whose bus had come late. Together we played, "Bullet Force" and I won! It felt good rubbing it in their faces (not literally). One of them rage quit and play another game for the time remaining in class. When Technology was finished Dance had started. Everyone took off their shoes and headed towards the cafeteria. Each student had an assigned warm-up spot and waited until my "choreographer" was ready. She said she needed a few minutes to breath and wanted us to start without her.
In three lines people took turns running towards the other side of the room (warmup). After that, she came and we started really learning what to do. Today we had to continue adding on moves from last class's routine. It was a type of African dance that I really can't explain. Anyway, some of the moves in the routine were similar to the warmup. For example, how we have to run up four times. Dance class ended quickly and I certainly enjoyed. Some of my friends were joking around but took it to the next level. When we got back to my class my teacher asked what we were doing. Suddenly, one of my friends said I was the "Dance Leader" and my teacher asked me if I could demonstrate the dance.
It was straight up embarrassing but funny at the same time. I honestly enjoyed it and loved the funny reaction from my teacher. At recess, I simply played tag with a few of my friends and didn't complain about anything. The food given wasn't good so thankfully my friend gave me a (closed) bag of Doritos. That filled my stomach enough to get through the rest of the day. Spanish wasn't all that fun but ELA felt kind of productive. I took the chapter 4 quiz and felt pretty good about it. Whenever work was given I tried my best to complete it in the time given. My class even took a fluency test and I finished the whole page (shows how good I am). Dinner was all right and Science I completed the worksheet due at the end of class. In all, today was a fairly decent Friday (not the best Friday though).
Google News
My favorite game is Overwatch and isn't only my favorite. Many people enjoy it but when certain players start being toxic it doesn't help the player base any better. Blizzard (company) is beginning to check Youtube for players who have been using inappropriate language, throw the game, or be AFK (not playing). They will ban those players if necessary and won't change their minds. Another post talks about Epic Games (Fortnite Company) and how they have shut down Paragon. Paragon is a free to play game that was originally doing okay but for the past few months, it hasn't been growing. So because of Fortnite's success, Epic Games has decided to end Paragon. In the story, I read they have written a sincere apology and hope to continue focusing on Fortnite due to its massive growth in popularity.
