For today's post, I am going to be talking about my Saturday and Sunday (today). Yesterday, I started my day by waking up and hearing my sister and dad laughing. As usual, I was bored and joined them, together we watched some videos on Facebook. Well, to be honest, my sister was being really annoying and not letting me put my elbow on the pillow. She was blocking me with her body and I wasn't able to get a clear view of the screen. Besides that, she wasn't even watching the video herself! Just purposely trying to make me mad, in the morning! Anyway, at around 7:50 A.M my dad told me I should get a haircut because of the back of my head. I agreed with him but was planning on going next weekend. However, it's not like I was going to say no to him, I just didn't want to get yelled at.
For breakfast, my dad served cut meat with white rice, and pieces of boiled eggs. I didn't like the egg part but fairly enjoyed the meat with rice. Especially due to the milk I drank alongside. Once breakfast was over the three of us started doing our homework, or at least me and my sister. As you should already know my father doesn't have any actual "work" beside his job at Whole Foods and taking care of the two of us. So, for the most part, he just talked to his family in "Tibet" on WeChat and Facebook. Because I needed to finish my Grammer project my dad said I could start it before reading. The project is basically that I have to come up with an advertisement, two sections: the description and the "speech" or what you actually say in a commercial.
If you read my post continuously and are faithful to the blog then you should have read the post on the Grammer ad. I plan on showing it to my class through the projector. Then, maybe try and get a few more followers. Homework was finished pretty soon after and my father let me play on the Playstation Four. Ever since my mother got me "Destiny 2" I started repeaditly playing it (it obviously isn't the only game I play). This is mainly because it's the sequel to 'Destiny" (the first one). Like I already said, if you've been reading my posts since about a year ago you know my love for "Destiny" (game). So when the next version came out I had to ask my mom if she would buy it for me.
The only reason she got it was because Christmas was around the corner (that was my Christmas gift). Now let me move on to the most important part of the day. Four hours of gaming later and my dad told me to turn it off. He was going to take me to the barbershop. I was fine with what the barber was doing so far but my father wasn't. He didn't get that I wanted the barber to trim the sides. That way it wouldn't be a problem for me while styling my hair. Sooner than later the barber finished and my dad inspected it. Let's just say he wasn't happy. Apparently, I would be in trouble at school when I clearly had the same haircut last time but anyway that's not the point. The barber continued to cut it until I looked like a turtle. Even he seemed to mad at my father (I felt bad because he was just listening to what I said). Either way, I said sorry to my father and we worked things out.
Google News
This story I read on Google News was called, "Two black men arrested while waiting at Starbucks". Just to let you know this wasn't on the "For you" or 'Suggested" page. Apparently, two "black" men entered a Starbucks to use the bathroom. Then, they were waiting or their friend. However, the store manager of that "Starbucks" saw them and asked the two men to leave. They explained that a friend was coming and that was the place they decided to meet up. However, the store manager wouldn't tolerate anything and told them to leave. I guess they didn't because the manager called the cops and the two were arrested for no reason. It just seems so wrong that people with no bad intentions are arrested because they "look" like they will. What do you think about this situation?
