The first period was Social Studies but for some reason, my teacher wasn't here again. However, we had a particularly good sub by the name of "Mr. Long". Now, this was a bit confusing for me because my Science teacher is called, "Mr. Long" but that's because the two of them are related. I wonder whether or not the substitute is getting paid or just volunteered to help out the school for a day. Anyway, during that class, the teacher wanted us to watch the deleted scenes of "Black Panther" where two of the main characters are having an argument, and then talk about our own definitions of the words "Isolationism", "Interventionism", "Capitalism", "Globalism", and "Colonialism". These words are all related to the movie in their own way but I'm not going to waste my time talking about that.

The one thing I noticed was that both of the subs from yesterday and today seemed to have the same "plan". I guess my teacher didn't update any new stuff for us to do. After Social Studies was Physical Education and I really enjoyed it. Sure, I didn't make any goals but that didn't change anything for me. For one, I got paired up with one of the best Soccer players in our class and was able to make sure he didn't make a goal. however, it's not like I just stayed covering the goal, no I actually still tried to score. It's just that the kid is a little bit faster than me and knows some "techniques" I haven't got the time for. We played "Line Soccer". So the class is separated into two teams and everyone gets their own number. When your number is called you do a 1v1 with someone from the other team that as the same number.

Lunch soon came and the food was a hot dog and two "big" tater tots. They actually tasted pretty good but I didn't enjoy the hot dog. I mean, it wasn't bad but something about it made me uneasy, actually three things. One, it seemed a lot more "greasy" or "wet" compared to my friends. Two, it was a lot harder for me to swallow even with my milk. And three, the plastic covering on the container had a hole in it. Now, obviously, the first two parts seemed pretty stupid. But, the third one seriously got me worried. Sure, it might have just been a mistake, but something about a hole on a "container" filled with food just gives off this "bad" vibe. It also didn't seem like someone accidentally just poked a hole in it. The "hole" had little ripples making it look like some type of sharp object caused it.

Anyway, Technology was probably my favorite period because I got to play "Bullet Force". But of course at first, I was worried. You see, once Lunch was over my classmates and I walked back to the room. Then, we all sat down and waited for our teacher to tell us if we would be staying inside the room (bad) or going into the lab to relax and play. Thankfully, he said that as long as we were quiet we could play. Apparently, there was PARCC testing happening in the room across from us. The funny part was that since everyone was so quiet whenever someone made the littlest noise like asking to switch computers they would all either laugh or say "Be Quiet!". That happened to one of the kids sitting next to me like 5 times.

Google News

He kept on asking to switch computers because he wouldn't work with headphones and according to him the only reason he wasn't winning was that he didn't have any music to listen to. Now, believe me, I refused to give him my seat because of his reasoning. However, when I got up to talk to the teacher he straight up ran to my seat and then took it over. I decided not to complain and just move to his computer. Anyway, the story that I have for you today is about "Fortnite" and how crazily Over Powered this new ability is against players. Remember when I talked about the new game mode that happened yesterday, well many people complained that "Thanos" was too crazy. I haven't even got the chance to play yet but am pretty sure I wouldn't want to witness this.
