Today I woke up at around 7:00 A.M and was really surprised to see that my father wasn't here for his day off. At first, I heard some really familiar noises coming from downstairs and assumed he was just watching a video but in reality it was my sister's phone making an alarm sound. Anyways, for breakfast my sister had some cereal that I didn't even notice she bought because she always gets cereal no matter the time. Like, I get so used to her grabbing cereal as soon as my dad goes upstairs that it's not even surprising. Sure, it's fun to blackmail her and say that if she doesn't do so and so I'll tell our dad about the cereal. And in fact it's not just cereal! Yesterday when my dad walked out of the room she immediately pulled out a random ice cream bag and started munching away. I felt like just telling me father because it wasn't fair but then knew she probably wouldn't listen to me for the rest of the night (and I didn't want that to happen).
Once breakfast was over I played a bit of Fortnite (approximately 30 to 50 min) until my sister started doing her homework. Because I know that if I go on the computer while she's doing her homework it makes me feel guilty, although she can do all her work and a separate screen so it's been tuned down recently. That was when my mother walked in the front door and pulled out a sandwich for me to eat. I was grateful for the food and started eating it because I didn't want to have cereal. I pulled out the most recent gallon of milk and poured it into a cup until it was finished. Then, watched some Youtube (20 minutes) before started my homework. My math was definitely easy but it took quite a while so I had a pretty rough time. I did all of it mentally and didn't even need to use my paper most of the time.
And that's basically the stage of day that I'm in right now. My dad is either in McDonalds near Journal Square or walking from Journal Square. And if the second option is true then it should only take him another couple of seconds before he reaches the house. I want to say one more time that I'm grateful for my aunt because she got me the mouse and mousepad, if she didn't get one or the other then my experience on the computer would not have been fun. I don't remember my father ever use the computer since we got it but after I finish my writing I plan on asking him whether he wants to add this "Mac Mojave" update. It popped up on the computer last week but I forgot to ask him. Maybe he'll want to do it, it's the same as the software on the latest Mac and I'm pretty sure it's free so I wouldn't know why he wouldn't say yes.
