Let's just say that yesterday I had a ton of fun hanging out with all of my family members for Black Friday. The first thing we did was when my dad came home and he told us to get ready for outside. We were going to go to Best Buy and then Target, until finally we would reach Newport Mall. My mom was skeptical after realizing that my aunt had given her $100 for my sister and I to use and knew I probably wanted to buy something electronic related. So she tried to expose me in front of my father telling him about the mouse but my dad didn't care. Yesterday, my father was actually extremely chill. He didn't tell (at least not at me) and was just focused on the products. When we entered Best Buy my father was extremely surprised by the huge amount of people at the store. This was the first time we really ever experienced Black Friday at it's full.

The first thing my dad noticed were the TVs and saw just how cheap they were. Usually, some of the TVs are 1000 to 2000 dollars but the one that he wanted was on sale for only 500! You might think, that's still a lot of money! But considering how much different it was from the original price it was definitely worth getting. However, while I was looking at the gaming section and seeing all of the different mouses and keyboards, my father came to the conclusion that we should wait until Sunday, because apparently that's when the sale would come to it's lowest point, that is if there are anymore TVs left remaining by tomorrow. Soon enough, we looked at the TVs and headed over to the Apple and computers section.

My dad noticed how most of the products that were in the Apple store were actually really old compared to the one in Newport Mall and refused to get anything.  Then we had this huge debate about which company was better, Apple or Microsoft. Now personally, the only reason I really would say Windows is because they have the best gaming software. Mac can definitely run games but it will either be laggy, choppy, or not capable on that platform. Also, some things that I just want to note about Apple that brings them at a disadvantage compared to Windows. They are obsessed with making their laptops and computers as slim as possible. Someone on the internet made a joke about how Apple's laptops will soon be so small that you won't even be able to fit a battery inside of them. Then they'll call the first laptop to ever not need a battery.

Basically, their graphics cards aren't good enough compared to Windows. I tried recommending my father to get boot camp on the computer which would essentially enable you to run both Windows and Apple together. The only two issues are that every time you wanted to switch you would have to restart your computer and secondly the windows would take up at least 3/10 of your total storage on the lowest settings. My father thinks that it will cost money to run Windows on the Apple by using Boot Camp but that is actually Parallels. That is another software that you have to pay for but it can give you a slightly better edge in terms of performance compared to Windows.

In the end, my mother ruined our conversation by calling me and asking me where we were. So we headed towards her and saw that she was talking to an employee for whatever reason. I reminded her that Acha gave her 100 dollars for me and my sister to spend so we got shopping, 50/50 each. But because my sister literally only used 4 dollars for a box of slime I could buy something a little over 50. And that was when I remembered the keyboard that I have at home. It's extremely small, doesn't have the necessary buttons to play certain games. And overall can be really annoying at times, so my dad saw I wanted a gaming keyboard and was at first skeptical (like all parents should be) but then made me promise that I would study hard and try my best to do good. So I agreed and made a personal promise to my self that I would at least get honor roll twice.
