Yesterday I was enjoying something called a "Holiday". Now of course, some of you might say, "Multi-cultural day is only for schools" but I say, "IF I THINK THAT IT"S A HOLIDAY IT"S A HOLIDAY!". Anyways, I wanted to wear my Tibetan T-Shirt just because it would be an excuse to not wear the regular uniform and it actually fit. Okay, so maybe it was a little small but I doubt anyone even realized. The first two periods were just ELA and my teacher let us watch my favorite show called, "We Bare Bears". It's this cartoon series about three bears that settle in a city filled with other humans and they try their best to fit in. For some reason, the humans aren't ever surprised when they see the bears. But my problem is that no other animals talk and speak to the humans as well as the bears do so how could they not find this disturbing. Either way, it's extremely funny so I enjoyed it.

During my math advanced class a while back I remember my friends and I were talking about which one of us were each bear. I remember being called, "Panda" because he's shy and really likes anime. Meanwhile, another of my friends got ice bear because they're pretty athletic and doesn't talk much. But none of us knew who should be grizzly bear. The bear was funny, and wasn't shy, but at the same time he was sort of a party crasher and didn't make good decisions. We just gave up and continued working on Math. But enough about this cartoon show, there is this group of kids in my school that I told you about that really enjoy k-pop and they actually did their own performance. Obviously, they just copied the dance from the actual group but in only 4 performances I'm pretty impressed. Obviously, I would've loved to join but it was cool nonetheless.

Now this is where multi-cultural day really brings it's benefits. For one, after we watched the performance there was no point in having any more periods of the day since it was a half day. So we stayed in the homeroom and ate the food that some kids gave. My dad said that he couldn't make anything because he had to go to work at 2:00 A.M so I couldn't bring anything. Because only 4 people brought food my teacher said that she was disappointed. But there were pork rolls and rice left over. I gave the excuse that my dad had to go to work but my teacher wasn't buying it, then all the other students were saying the stuff like, "excuses" but in a friendly way so relax before you think they were trying to be mean. So my classmates and I played hangman until eventually it was dismissal.
