Yesterday I went on a short little walk with my dad and sister outside. The last time I went outside was to school on the day before Winter break so this is what I needed. The three of us started getting ready and I was prepared to charge my phone so I could at least have some battery (It was at the time only 5%). By the time my dad and sister were already walking outside my phone was only 10%, but I grabbed it and ran towards them. Our first stop was unexpectedly the goodwill store. The only reason we even went there was because my sister said that she wanted to check it out.
I remember back when I was a little boy this store used to be so school because it would have all of my favorite Pokemon cards in a little section and the books were kind of good. Nowadays, all of the books just don't fit my interests because of how old they are and I got tired of playing cards and cartoons for video games like Fortnite. I saw some pants that I would think my dad would want to buy because he said he wanted new pants and these were only 5.99 dollars. However, he later told us that the ones he wanted came from a specific store and that happened to be at Models Sporting Goods.
I thought that this place looked cool because of how it was all sports related but after further investigation I have realized that it probably isn't the best, now that doesn't mean it's bad but Model's basically just takes clothing and stock from the outlet's of other stores and literally sells them at an even lower price so if a consumer finds something that they like it's going to be a win-win for them but most of the time they won't. I personally don't like it because I like clothing with more styles meanwhile most of the stuff there is simple and that's why no one wants to buy them.
The pants are a different thing in my opinion, they seem to be original and or good quality and were at a sale price of 20 dollars since it was Christmas time. Now finally, it comes to the part that I want to talk about. I was speculating that we were going to McDonalds since we were heading there but my dad said that he would rather go walk around a little more before buying McDonalds. I didn't really agree but decided to not argue and we continued a little while longer. That is, until we saw a place called, "Sneaker Square" which as a little kid would always wonder about.
It never really looked that appeasing but seeing how I wanted to get new shoes in the first place I was excited. My dad was looking around and took me to the front where he was looking at some pairs of Nike Jump Force 1's High. I liked them a lot and the design was amazing but they didn't have my size. So I decided to get them in a navy blue color even though I liked the red version, however the ones that I got match my pants so I think they are pretty fire. I wish I could show a picture of them, have a good time at the conference call dad.
