Today’s soccer practice was like “kind of fun”, so first of all, when I walked out of the school the gates to where my soccer teammates and I usually leave from to enter the field were blocked so we had to take a totally different pathway that although is farther than the other alternative looked kind of sketchy because if some adults caught us walking this way they would’ve thought we were trying to leave the school.
When I finally reached the field it was a bit of a struggle because of the fact that I was wearing sweatpants instead of shorts but like whatever. I did two laps instead of 3 but my teacher didn’t notice so I was good. We passed the ball a little bit before my coach told everyone to come and get in a circle. He was telling everyone their numbers and was handing out uniforms.
He was asking if anyone wanted shorts and whatnot but I was pretty sure I was okay because I always wear the same shorts and no one really cares. Plus, almost all of the girls wear like leggings so they are the ones that really need shorts. After everyone got their shirts, I am happy to say that my shirt fits perfectly and is exactly the right size. Then everyone went their own separate coach and we all did different things to practice.
I am happy to say that my coach was probably the best one when it came to laughing and understanding my mistakes because otherwise I probably would’ve gotten in trouble. When we were all practicing kicking the ball I went ahead and encouraged everyone and told them god job and “Yeah you can do it!”.
I was being really encouraging and some of my friends were laughing. Then, I had all of the balls and I lost every single one of them because it was windy and everyone was dying of laughter. Believe me, it was a struggle to get them back and I’m surprised I did. When everything was done we went ahead and
