Dinosaur Dream

 Dinosaur Dream

Today I am going to tell you a story called Dinosaur Dream. It is about a little boy who goes on an amazing adventure with a very remarkable partner.

There was a little boy called Wilbur. He was very curious about many things but the most favorite subject he loved the most were dinosaurs. His favorite dinosaur in particular was an Apatosaurus. One day he was reading his favorite book called Rise of the Ages. It had all the most ancient things in history from ancient cities to the ice age and most of all, the dinosaur period.

In the book he was reading he saw the animals from the wally mammoths to the saber tooth tigers and even the T-Rex. Suddenly he saw 2 enormous red eyes in front of him. He was absolutely frightened by the image in front of him. Soon he discovered it was an Apatosaurus. His favorite dinosaur! He didn't know if it was actually real or not so he tried to blink his eyes one or two times until he knew he was not seeing things. It was actually real!

He thought that why would an Apatosaurus come to his window. Did they have some type of connection or did it just want somebody to help it? Wilbur took the chance to say that it needed help so he took the Apatosaurus by the back and walked it all the way back forty million years ago.

First they were in the time of the Ice age. Where they were greeted by the image of the wally Mammoth. They were also faced to face with a saber tooth tiger but they escaped in time. Secondly they arrived in the age of the mammals were they saw beautiful butterfly and extraordinary flowers from all different directions. The Apatosaurus drank from an elegant lake until Wilbur was about to quit. After that he saw the time of the Cretaceous period and were climbing the rocky mountains .

Finally Wilbur and the Apatosaurus were in the time of the Jurassic period where the other Apatosaurus were. Wilbur was sad to let his friend go so they had one last run catching butterflies and eating plants. Lastly it was time for Wilbur to go back. He said his last words to the dinosaur and went on his way back to his time. It was alright though because from now on he knew the path where the Apatosaurus was and could always come back.

The End
