On high mountain village far distance from city in Tibet a boy named Tashi lived with family in a small black tent for years with few animals around it. They were very poor with worldly meterial and suffered so much lack of medical care and very severe weather conditions throughout seasons but always made the best out of it.
While Tashi was six, his parents passed away and that made him even harder to live in such hard condition. He was took care by his neighbors and his grandpa. He helped his grandpa around the tent and grassed animals.
The Tashi's village was very poor and had many problems. They drink water from the river and make their own clothes and hunt for their own food. However they all happy and live in peace.
Tashi always had a dream, that it seemed impossible to him. He always wanted to go to school one day. He told his grandpa that oneway he wants to move out from mountain to the city to get education. Grandpa patiently told him that he has to wait until he grow up then he can do whatever he wanted to do.
1989 it was rare occasion, that Tashi got chance to travel to Lhasa. There he met people from India and speak English with westerners around the city. He made his decision to escape to India for seeking educational opportunity.
