For today's post I am going to be talking about my day like usual. For first period I had an EOT and it was writing, my teacher said that everyone had to write a 3 paragraph essay and submit it by the end of the period. And although we were only supposed to have 2 periods to do this most of the kids got an extra 40 minutes because the teachers noticed that most kids just couldn't finish their tests in time. 

And it just so happens that for today's test I ton of kids got pissed, to be honest I don't blame them because this was really unfair. So basically, when there were only like 15 minutes left of the period and kids were getting ready to finish their essays the fire alarm came on and everyone had to go outside. Because of this, a ton of kids who weren't finished or almost done got their essay completely erased because their computer just shut off randomly after not being used. So when they came back a ton of kids came into the classroom and got mad or cried even. 

The ELA teachers said that it wasn't fair and that if it was up to her everyone would just be able to get a 100 since they worked so hard and shouldn't have to redo it all over again. But unfortunately, it wasn't up to her, it was up to the principal of the school. And while we were at the fire drill a ton of kids were just talking and not in their uniform, while the principal was looking and no one likes her so that was why we all got scared for our lives and that the woman might actually give those whose computers shut off no chance to redo their grade. 

And that would honestly just suck because everyone deserves to be able to do something about that. You shouldn't just go to a fire drill and probably not even do anything there except stand quietly and then get told that you cannot even redo your test, especially since that test was the end of term final and it really means a lot to you. It would mean. a lot to me as well and I would just hate for that to happen to me.

 Thankfully, I finished my test like 30 minutes after we started so I was good, and I had to take a retake for the test we had yesterday because the teacher posted it for everyone. Today was Volleyball tryouts and to be honest I feel like maybe I should've joined but then it wouldn't been just too much for me. I don't really like volleyball because my hands are weak but I guess it would give me a better chance to get into both teams.
