Today I'm writing about Steve Jobs. I wanted to write about it because he was kinda like me. He kept on changing and changing. While he was doing that his process was getting higher and higher. Thats what we have in common. I wanted to stay on one course in my life and thought I really could. When you get older you just have to innovate or "deconstruct and assemble". Anyway Steve Jobs loved machines and so did I, "once",
When he was little his father would always help him build machines out of the littlest things. Then of course they would, "change" it. It was his father's job anyway so he made good use of that. When Steve got older he created a mechanism that is still used in a person's daily life. It was the "Computer". Well actually the government did already make a computer of their own, but it was only for their use. That was why Steve Jobs made a computer that everyone could use.
Steve was originally born to the couple Joanne Schieble and Abdulfattah. Both of them were young adults who were still poor and didn't have room for a baby. Thats why they decided to give their baby up for adoption. Another couple Paul and Clara Jobs decided they wanted a child and adopted the baby. The couple named the child Steve Paul Jobs. I guess they couldn't stop because three years after they got Steve the Jobses adopted a girl named Patti. They lived in Mountain View, California. If they were 50 years earlier I would've been jealous. In their time the place was changing. It became so different that they changed the name to Silcon Valley. Companies were developing there and space got smaller by the second.
On April 1st 1976 Apple started happening. Steve used Woz's circuit board and created a sample computer called "Apple". It was the start of an amazing journey. He had the plans set, but needed the parts. Luckily if Steve was good at something. It was too persuade other people for stuff. He was able to make a deal with the electronics store and told them he pay up later. He also made another deal with a store owner saying if he was a success at making a computer he would give the store owner fifty of them, and he would give Steve 25 grand ($25,000). It was settled!
Steve was making process. His deals with the stores were successful and he made his money. He made more and more deals until he finally had enough to start a company. Steve hired workers and Apple was a huge hit. After that the company was slowing again because of its competitor Microsoft. Then Steve quit Apple. He went on to Pixar and that was doing better. Animations those days were rare because of how much work it would take. Steve Jobs didn't know that sooner or later a cowboy and astronaut were going to save him. "Toy Story" was a huge it! After a few more weeks and days something came back to him, Apple!
They were able top find a replacement ever since he left named John Sculley, but they fired him. The whole Apple crew wanted Steve Jobs back! This surprised Steve and he made a decision that would make the better of him. He told Apple that he'd be in charge but not for a while. Later they would have to find a new head. Apple was his baby. Over the years the company made the iPod and the iPhone. The Music industry was angry and Microsoft was too. They thought he had stolen their idea. In the end he stayed at Apple and also made the Apple two.(new computer).
As he always says "Innovation distinguishes a leader form a follower".
