I just finished reading another 35 pages of this new book called, "Mr. Darcy's Diary"! Anyway, before I start talking about today I just want you guys to know that after having a two-day break from school I'm going to have another two days because of the weekend! That is four days off in one week! Now its time to begin talking about the morning. After waking up my sister the two of us walked downstairs and started getting ready for school. I decided to take my shower at 6:10 A.M so I can eat breakfast and just relax before going out the house to the bus stop. For breakfast, I had some Cinnamon Cereal and then brushed my teeth. Instead of brushing my teeth before eating my cereal I did it after because then my teeth won't get dirty from the cereal. It's probably not Healthy but until someone tells me it the way I'm gonna handle things.

At school, I entered my classroom and saw a substitute teacher. Apparently, my regular teacher was sick or had some important thing to attend to. I know for a fact he didn't just be absent for no reason because he's the type of teacher that loves teaching. Also because he'd get in big trouble if the principal found out he just didn't feel like going to school. One of the sixth graders brought breakfast from the cafeteria and it was frosted flakes. I actually really like frosted flakes but cinnamon cereal just beats it in the long run. The substitute's name was, "Mr. Morales" and he was a really nice guy. Unfortunately, we had an assignment in ELA that he was supposed to give out but we didn't have enough time so he gave it as homework. However, the reason we didn't have enough time was that of how interested our conversation in the story we read was.

The name of the who's story we read was called, "Edgar Allen Poe". Now I knew that he was a pretty good horror writer because of the comments my teachers made about him. What I didn't was how he is ranked #1 on this website called, "Ranker.com" for being the best horror writer in the world! This man must have written some pretty crazy stuff. I mean, his face just looks a bit creepy and depressed in all the pictures I've seen of him. I thought someone like R.L Stine would be in the top 10 but he's at #51! I'm really surprised, from the information I just read "Edgar Allen Poe" was a very sad man whose family didn't even like him. The man married a 13-year-old girl who was actually his cousin after dropping off from "West Point" (United States Military Academy).

I still want to talk about the first two periods of the day since they were Technology and Dance so let me begin. During Technology my teacher said he was sorry one more time that the websites we usually used to play games on after finishing work on were gone. The dean of the school decided that when the students are finished with their work they can use this website called, "Math Whizz" and let me tell you it is so boring! This is the school's version of "fun" and supposed to be a replacement for the games we used to play. The only reason I like this website is that I am on the top 5 leaderboards for most coins in the school. The "coins" are credits you receive when completing a Math lesson. I don't know whether the leaderboard is for my class because it says "School" but so far I haven't seen any names besides the one in my room.

Google News

The new post that I read on Google News talked about "Fortnite". According to "Epic Games" (Fortnite Developers) they said they have made an "Android or IOS" version of the game. In case you don't already know, an exact version of a game on console and pc going into a phone is a tremendous accomplishment. I haven't seen any other game do this before. Sure they have reworks and copies but nothing that resembles the actual game and all of its features. In addition, players from the phone can play with those on console and pc! The most amazing thing that I love about this is that I can play with my friends on the phone (which I barely ever use) and hopefully have the same playing field. What I'm saying is that even though playing on the phone is really cool the people who do may be at a disadvantage from those on pc and console. That is my post!
