Today I feel a lot better because for one my keyboard just looks really cool and when I told my friends about how I got rejected from those two schools many of them told me they got their letters was before and got rejected as well but were afraid to say anything. So I'm happy that I am not the only one who got rejected so its not a me problem, and that I was able to help other people open up more and help make sure that they aren't sad. Also, today in Math I was taking a quiz and right now my math grade is in it's 40's with definitely is not good.
But I got an 80 on this topic 4 assessment and my teacher said that for one of the questions that I got wrong the only reason it was wrong was because a couple of kids didn't put the dollar signs. So he said that he's going to automatically make it so that as long as you got the right number he would count it (which I did), so that makes my grade an 85. And an 85 on a topic assessment may not seem good to you but that is gonna bring my actual grade to like a 60, and in addition I just completed all give assignments that my teacher posted on Khan-academy.
The only bad part to this is that when I was trying to master the challenge it wasn't showing any of the quizzes that I needed so I could get a 100 on. It was only showing me past assignments that weren't even in the grade book so I didn't need to worry about them. And in the end it just reset and I need to wait another 8 hours before I can mater them, or at least have another chance at them actually letting me answer the questions.
The only problem is that when my teacher was handing out retakes for a previous test (I took the retake so he gave me and a couple of other students more time in the class since it was such a big number), he also started a new lesson which apparently was the last lesson of topic 4 before we were supposed to take the assessment. You know, the only reason we even took the test today was because tomorrow we are going to have a 5 hour assembly and all of the kids and teachers will be in the gymnasium doing who knows what. All I know is that it's going to be really boring and I definitely won't enjoy it.
But that good thing is that there is going to be some type of 1 dollar dress down that is on the calendar and the morning announcements said it so I'm happy. I've noticed that every week there is either a half day, dress down, or both because our school needs money for the graduation and today we literally just had a fundraiser for the pro bake sale, probably just to raise more money.
