Christmas

For today’s post I’m going to be writing about what I did on Christmas and yesterday. I’ll also talk about the book called “Galactic Hot Dogs” which is really good. I’m going to give my version of the book. Anyways lets get started. I’ve decided to start with the summary first. “Galactic Hot Dogs”, by Max Brallier, is about an Earth boy named “Cosmoe” and his best space friend “Humphree”. Humphrey is a type of alien that has met Cosmoe over time and they developed a friendship for each other. Cosmoe also has a companion in his amor called “Goober” that happens to be symbiotic. That means if it leaves me Goober dies.

Together in space they go on many adventures, for fun purposes mostly. The two of them love playing video games, particularly “ Super Moon Ninja Death Jab”. It sounds like a move instead of a game. However their new adventure isn’t as easy as their previous adventures. The princess of space has also joined them and together they will unveil a whole new terror upon Space. While running a good hot dog business in a food truck/spaceship called “Neon Weiner”. If you want to know how and why Cosmoe even got to space the first place, that rhymes, you’ll have to read the book because its a really long story.

 In the book the two of them participate in a food competition that whoever’s dish is the best, gets a lot of money. Honestly, Cosmoe and Humphree’s “Dish” is actually a giant hot dog so they probably wouldn’t have won, but anyway this the part that starts the whole adventure.  Someone steals their hot dog and then the two of them chase after it. Then when they snatch it back they realize the mysterious person was actually the princess of evil. Now its your turn to read, and by the way the next post I’ll continue. 

Now lets talk about my Christmas!

For Christmas I really enjoyed the morning of it. When I say that I mean just relaxing and opening presents. That lasted 5 minutes by the way. In the morning I woke up my little sister and she told me that my dad went outside to jog. Turns out he was actually with my mom downstairs in the basement and I have  a theory. You see my mom was wrapping gifts for my family so she decided to do it in the basement where no one goes. Except me, but I was too busy watching a movie. Then I guess she just fell asleep while wrapping. Fortunately she was already finished.

For breakfast we had eggs and bread with a bit of milk and some pancakes. It was one big breakfast, but I didn’t eat much because I wanted to open my presents. Too bad I already knew all the presents my mom got for me because I already wore two of them and she bought gloves from Sears yesterday with me. In addition to that I saw her today putting some pajamas in a bag. So while opening presents my mom’s gifts were totally ruined. She did do one thing right though. My mother found the Jordan’s that my dad hid from me because he said  I wasn’t responsible enough. Four months later I think I am. However I don’t know what my dad gave me. It was actually another sweater he bought from his, because last time I had one the laces fell off. Well tat is pretty much my Christmas. See you later.
