I just finished my reading, the book I read today was a continuation of yesterday. It is called, " The Trials of Apollo" and the book is really cool. Now I want to add on to what I know from yesterday's reading. What I said yesterday was really some type of cliffhanger and I made Percy Jackson seem a bit too important. If you don't know what I mean read the previous post. I stated that " Apollo meets up with Percy Jackson (demi-god) and they help him regain his powers". Do you see what I mean? I made it sound like Percy Jackson was going to be helping Apollo throughout the whole book. However, in the middle section of the book, Percy Jackson leaves to go back to his parent's house and study for some exams. Let me just continue summarizing!

Percy Jackson is driving Apollo and his demigod "boss" Meg to "Camp Half-Blood". Unfortunately, along the way three evil spirits start chasing the Prius (car). Apollo is overwhelmed that three evil spirits could be causing him so much panic. This is because back in his god form Apollo could swat these things with one swipe. However, now that he is a mortal the spirits can harm him in many different ways. Thankfully, Meg and Percy are able to get rid of the evil souls and help Apollo back on his feet. This is where Percy Jackson leaves. While getting chased Percy had left his car between two palm trees. The police are about to tow it away and he needs to talk to them and come up with a fake reason as to why the car was there.

When doing that, Meg and Apollo leave the area and start heading into the forest where "Camp Half-Blood" lays. But before they do Apollo warns Meg that the forest they are about to enter is enchanted and filled with all types of monsters, some even worse than the evil spirits. And like Apollo said, the trees looked as though they were getting closer and closer by the seconds. Besides that, everything looked the same to Apollo and Meg. After their third time passing the same rock, Apollo started hearing strange noises. He heard a creature talk about destroying the oracle (important). Suddenly, Apollo ran to the river and was putting his head in the water to block the sounds. He seemed to not enjoy whoever was talking.

In the end, Meg calmed him down and they reached the gate of "Camp Half-Blood". Apollo and Meg started seeing demigods (teenagers) crowding around them. That was when Chiron (Apollo's friend) brought him to the head cabin and they talked about what had happened to him. Then, Chiron started explaining the crisis that was occurring at the camp, disappearances. Apparently, three demi-gods have mysteriously disappeared and no one knows where they could have gone. Chiron thinks this has something to do with the Oracle and how it is being claimed by an enemy or evil entity. Apollo already has too many things to worry about so he steps out and joins the demigods in their lunch. While at the lunch he meets up with his former children and is proud to see they would help him at any cost.

That is it for the continuation of the book. Tomorrow I'll continue writing this book. However, now it is time for Google News. This story is about one man's opinion on how Donald Trump is being disruptive and make America closer to a nuclear war with North Korea than ever before. Honestly, I agree with this because when Barack Obama was still president I never heard him having bad relationships with North Korea. And even if he did it probably wasn't as bad as this. The man who is saying this is called, "Former Joint Chiefs " head. Trump also tweeted saying that he's disappointed in China on allowing oil to go to North Korea. I think that if Trump keeps on saying stuff liek this he isn't going to have a very happy term as president. Saying stuff like that isn't going to help your relationship with China! Anyway, see you guys later!

Just 40 minutes ago I finished a book called, "From The Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler". The title is a bit long but it has a purpose in the book so it's not bad. At first, I thought this book was going to be a waste of my time and energy. During the first day of reading it, I still thought that. But since yesterday and today, this book has been really intriguing. Let me put up a summary of it, a kid named Claudia takes her little brother with her to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. There they learn all different types of stuff at the exhibits and act as if the museum is there very own for a few days. While there the two kids are interested in the case of whether or not a statue that the museum itself has bought, is the work of Michelangelo (did not copy the book).

It really is a good book and has a Newberry medal. I'm assuming this book has been made around fifty years ago because there is a sticker on it saying, "Celebrating Fifty Years". After finishing this book I still needed a few more minutes and decided to start reading 'The Trials of Apollo: The Hidden Oracle". This was the book I got from the library with my dad. For some reason, I knew this book would be interesting because it was about gods and sure enough it was. What I've read so far is how Apollo (god) was sent to Earth by Zeus as punishment for some nonsense he has done. That was when he is met by two men who proceed to rob him. However, a 12-year-old girl named, "Meg" helps him while still taking his money. Along the way, Apollo meets up with Percy Jackson (demi-god) and they help him regain his powers.

That is all I know so far, but as the story progresses so does my knowledge of the book. Speaking of "gods", yesterday when my dad left I found a game called, "Smite". I know I've talked about this game before but was never really interested because my controls weren't right. However, yesterday was when I found out how to play and boy do I enjoy it. The game is a MOBA and short for "Multiplayer Online Battle Arena". I have two other posts that talk about this game but never really mention the features and how its played. Mainly just the playable "gods" themselves. This game lets you pick from a wide variety of gods, some are Greek, others are Chinese or Japenese, and even Hindu is in them. There are many gods and every sort of mythology has around 10 to choose from.

The method on how to play is all about your mouse and keyboard. I didn't know how to play at first because this game is meant to be for Windows or (Microsoft). Howeve,r you can play it on Mac (Apple) if you just switch some of the buttons on the keyboard around. That was how I did it and this game is actually pretty fun. I don't know why I quit playing it. Oh, now I know why. Before I could only use it on my Playstation Four but that took too much space so I deleted it. That is why I decided to play it on the computer. Every different "God" has there own abilities and powers. The mythology I like the most is asian. That means either the Japenese or the Chinese. I'm going to show you one picture of a Chinese god.

Two 60 foot yachts were engulfed in flames two days ago at the "Liberty Harbor Marina in Downtown New Jersey". The fire department quickly responded to the emergency and saw a man self evacuate himself from his yacht. However, in the other yacht (nearby) a woman was trapped and firefighters thankfully rescued her. The cause of the fire is being investigated. I would really be surprised is this was related to the fire in NYC but I know that could never happen because during the NYC fire it was a 3 year old child who caused trouble. I feel that was kind of selfish for the man to escape the fire by himself but maybe he just didn't see the woman on the other yacht (hopefully). I saw a video on the fire and it was pretty bad, the good thing was that the fire trucks were only a block away. Anyway, that is it for today!

Usually, I don't enjoy going outside but yesterday was actually a pretty good. After finishing homework my father said he wanted me and my sister to come with him outside. This was mainly because he wanted to exercise and didn't want my sister and me to stay home on our electronics. My dad wanted us to have some fresh air and not stay home all day. Unfortunately (at the time), I couldn't say no because he was serious. That is why I reluctantly put on my jacket which was a bit tight. However, I could still wear it and not feel cold. The main purpose of going outside was to return some of the books that we took out from the library a while ago. They were two days overdue and my dad needed to pay the penalty. While walking to the library my dad and I had an adult conversation about being serious.

Once all three of us reached the library I immediately walked to the manga section to see if they had any new books. But like I thought, they didn't. For some reason, it feels as though this library doesn't get a new supply and is really old. Eventually, I decided on a book written by "Rick Riordan". He is a New York Times Bestseller, I've never really read any of his books so this is a change every once in a while. The name of the book is called," The Trials Of Appolo: The Hidden Oracle". I was going to get a Percy Jackson book from the same author but couldn't find the first one. Right, when we were going to leave my sister said she wanted to go to the movie theater inside of the auditorium. I really didn't like this idea but since my dad wanted to as well we entered the "theater".

The movie was called, 'Saving Santa" and made from the "Weinstein Company". I don't know whether or not the graphics of the movie were just bad itself or because of the projector that was being used. Anyway, the plot and ending weren't bad at all. Surprisingly, I enjoyed it a lot and so did my dad. When we left the theater I saw a shelve of books and a sign saying "Take 5 for $1". Since my dad was intrigued we stayed another 10 minutes searching for books. Eventually, he just took 3 and still gave $1. "Maybe you should sell these on eBay and get around $30?" was what I told my father after leaving the library. He said it was clever but didn't want to for some reason (I forgot what he said afterward).

Fifteen minutes went by and I suddenly saw a Dunkin Donuts! Since the food there is really good I wanted to go but it took a bit of begging before my dad was convinced of going. While there, my sister and dad were teasing me and I started saying stupid stuff like, "One day I'll be the President of the Tibetan Association and I'll look down on you guys!". I said it as a joke and they were laughing with me! Once we got home my father lets me use my Playstation Four for the rest of the day and I enjoyed talking to my friends again. Before ending this paragraph and talking about the news I just wanted to say that while I'm typing this I've already finished my reading (around 42 pages).

Yesterday a violent fire killed 12 people and injured even more. Apparently, a 3-year-old child was playing with the stove when the fire started reaching the walls of the room. The parent grabbed the child and its 2-year-old sibling before running outside of the apartment. However, the parent made one crucial mistake. She left the door open which caused the fire to spread throughout the whole building. That was what caused 12 people to die and was the most deadly fire in NYC for over 25 years. I wonder wether or not the woman was charged with murder because it was the child who did it and the smoke alarms in the building may not have been working. I hope she doesn't just because of her son doesn't mean she should suffer the consquences. It just feels wrong, that was it today folks until next time!

Yesterday I was just staying home and didn't do much. When I got up from my sleep my mom was still in her bed. I decided not to bother her and go downstairs by myself. All of a sudden I heard a noise in the playroom and got kind of freaked out. I cautiously walked up to the door and realized it was just my dad. Let's just say I felt pretty stupid. Apparently, he was just going out for a jog because his doctor recommended him to that for his high blood pressure. I had no problem with that and just started brushing my teeth. Then, once he left I started doing my homework. Because there weren't any books in the library bag I started typing first. I hoped this wouldn't be a problem for my dad but unfortunately, it was.

Once he came back I was about to start my fourth paragraph. Suddenly, he started getting mad at me because he thought I was just using the computer to play games. I mean, I was already on my 4th paragraph and reading stories from Google News to finish the post. In addition, he was only gone for approximately 30 minutes and that's where I'm usually at (for paragraphs). Even though he was getting mad, I decided to no talk about and start reading. While reading he and my sister left to go to Dunkin Donuts. It's something they've been doing for a while now. I was able to complete both reading and typing before they came back. Immediately, my sister began her homework and I read the post to my father. He seemed to not have any problems with it but for some reason didn't tell me I could use my PS4.

This really confused me and made me think that I wasn't going to be able to use my console, turns out I was right. Because of my Math grades he wanted me to go youtube and watch videos on "Khanacademy". So I watched a video on the topic I'm going to begin once school starts again. After watching a few videos on the first lesson I started the second one. However, I saw that my sister was on Youtube for the exact opposite reading. She was watching "SevenSuperGirls" and having fun. This seemed really unfair to me so I decided to watch some videos on my favorite game. After a few minutes, my dad asked me what I was doing. I explained that I already watched the Khanacademy video on the lesson I'm going to start.

He didn't seem to believe me and was mad that I was just watching videos. After a short conversation, he still didn't believe and I was stuck just on his computer. That was literally all I did the rest of the day. He left at around 5 to 6:00 P.M with a jacket and backpack so I could only assume he was going to work. But why work during the night? I guess he just wants to spend time with the family during the day. However, that really doesn't leave a lot of time considering how he goes to work at 6:00 P.M and came back today at 8:00 A.M. That's around 15 hours! Wow! Then he sleeps in the morning and in order to have a good sleep you need to have at least 8 hours in the bed. If you add all that up, it leaves him with 2 hours. Not a lot of time......

Everyone knows one of the world's most successful companies, Apple! And with Apple comes the founder, "Steve Jobs"! For some reason, there is an Italian company called "Steve Jobs" and they make clothing. Jeans, bags, t-shirts, and other fashionable accessories. They even dream of taking their company to the electronic competition. But before they can do that, Apple sues them for the logo which is the letter J. Though it is similar to the Apple logo it doesn't mean it. When I say that I mean how the logo for "Apple" is a bit of an apple and the "Steve Jobs" company is the letter J that looks almost the same. Basically, they don't represent the same thing. So when Apple tried to sue them the plan backfired and nothing happened. Anyway, that is all for today.

It is around 8:00 A.M in the morning and I just woke up, however yet again I don't know what to talk about. I guess I'll continue on yesterday until the end and some Google News. After taking me to McDonald's the two of us headed home on foot. However, yesterday I forgot to explain how we even got to McDonald's so let me rewind a bit. Once my dad and I left the hospital he took me home in his car and I began to read. Then, after a few minutes, he told me that he wanted me to come with him to the Pharmacy. This is because he was afraid that he might fall. I'm sure you're wondering why he would worry about that but apparently, he's dizzy. This reminds me of the time we were jogging and he fell down, so I decided to come with him.

At the Pharmacy, the two of us waited for about ten minutes before the nice lady at the counter gave my dad his medicine. While waiting I walked around the store and saw some type of product from Dove that can help style your hair. I was going to ask my dad to buy it but since he already got me a $25 gift card I couldn't. Once we received the medicine both of us tried using this machine that apparently tests your weight, blood pressure, and something else I forgot. We decided to use the blood pressure mode and checked each of ours. I think mine was probably wrong because it said you about to be 13 or older, but my dad's score was pretty accurate. Both the doctor and the machine say that he has high blood pressure so it must be right.

Back at the house, I finished my homework which took approximately 1 and a half hours. Then, my dad lets me use my Playstation Four, though he warned me to stop in between and drink water. I listened to him and after 2 hours of gaming I turned it onto rest mode and drank some water. By that time my mom and sister came back from where they went. My mother asked what happened to my dad and I told her he just wanted to ask about medicine and what he could do to help it. With my mother finally relieved I let her use the TV. Fortunately, she said no so I continued to use it for another 2 hours. By then there seemed like nothing I could do besides talking to my friends. However they were playing something else and I was getting bored so eventually just turned it off completely.

That was my whole day because after I turned it off my dad told my sister and me to go upstairs and sleep. Now its time for some Google News! I literally searched for about 15 minutes and found only one story. I guess let's just start the story, a deputy in New Harmony (town), North of St. George rescued an 8-year-old boy who was trapped under the ice for a good 30 minutes. He only knew of the boy under the ice after a woman reported seeing a hand coming from the water. the deputy immediately stomped through the ice and when it was to think he threw his whole body against it. The weight of himself vs the ice. Thankfully the child was saved and the man was praised. Both were taken to the hospital with injuries but no deaths had occurred.

I don't feel like talking about this but since its a hot topic I'll do it. This next and last story is called, "Trump ends 2017 with big wins on the economy, taxes, ISIS and more | Fox News". I didn't read the article but just watched the video. I'm assuming that is okay because the video seems like it sums everything up. The first success that it says is with Trump's Tax Reform. It says in the video that this is Donald Trump's biggest win. This tax cut promises to increase American paychecks and help businesses. The other success that Trump has accomplished is with the "Military". America has apparently, dealt with ISIS one after another or so he says. Obama's approach was to support local forces with attacks from the air or missles. However, Donald Trump is sending actual troops from America tp fight and it is working. There was one more "success" but I didn't understand what it meant. Anyway, that is it for today.

It has been roughly three days since I've last posted so let me talk about the highlights. Unfortunately, I didn't celebrate Christmas because one of my relatives died but my parents still gave me two presents. The first one was from my dad and he gave it to me while we were eating at Newport Mall. Apparently, his boss gave him a $25 gift card because he was working diligently. Then when I asked him if I could have it he said it was my Christmas gift. With that money, I ran downstairs to the Gamestop and got myself a PSN gift card to use for my Playstation Four. Once we came back from the mall my dad started reading his book in bed and I was turning on my console. However, before I could start playing my mom handed me a pair of yellow boots.

I wasn't thrilled to see my Christmas gift a pair of yellow boots because the December was about to be over anyway. However, I tried not to look sad and thanked her. So all in all, my dad got me the better Christmas gift. Usually its the exact opposite but I guess this year my father played a smart game (didn't literally play a "smart" game). For the rest of that day, I just continued playing on my PS4 and said goodbye to my mother and sister because they were heading outside. I didn't know where but decided to ignore it. But I started getting really curious, mostly cause whenever my mom goes outside without me she and my sister have a great time. Then when I want to go with her she makes it seem like whatever she's doing is boring.

What I've said so far is all Christmas Eve, so let me continue to the next day. Once I woke up my dad told me he didn't feel like making breakfast on a holiday and insisted we go to Starbucks. I wasn't too fond of Starbucks because I've never been there before but since it was Christmas I said nothing. Together we headed out to Journal Square and were about to enter before I noticed something. Dunkin Donuts was open! After my dad and I talked about it we decided to head there instead. When we entered the store there were already a few people inside and eating. However, the streets outside were completely empty and practically no cars were to be seen. I ordered a "Texas Grilled Cheese Sandwich" and my dad had some toasted bagel and cream cheese.

All in all both days were pretty good and I really enjoyed it. The reason I said 3 days was because of today. My dad woke me up from my sleep and we walked downstairs. When I finished brushing my teeth he explained to me that he wanted to go to the hospital since his heart was beating fast. As a son, I was really worried because it brought memories of the time he fell down while we were jogging so I couldn't say no. Something else I was worried about is how we were going to drive to the hospital because he also said he was dizzy. Fortunately, nothing bad happened and we reached it with no close calls. All he did was talk to the doctor about getting medicine and stuff that happened before. Once we were done he took me to McDonald's and headed home.

Now it is time for some Google News. Apparently, there is a woman named "Blind Baba Vanga" who was known to make true predictions. Unfortunately, she died in August 1996 at the age of 85. However, some of her predictions are still true. If her hypothesis is true then in 2018 China will become the dominating country in the world and scientists will find a certain energy source on Mars. Once they do that people will colonize the planet. These two predictions may seem crazy but there are evidence and stuff happening at this very minute that can back this up. For instance, economists think that the prediction with China becoming the supreme country is possible considering how close they are to America. And scientists are in fact trying to find an energy source on Mars that could help this planet. Anyway, the future is bright and we'll just have to find out.

Its 8:50 A.M in the morning right now and I'm thinking about what to write. Should it be about Google News entirely? Or should I continue yesterday until the very end. After a bit of talking with myself I've decided to continue yesterday and then slide in the news. Shall we start? I left off at the part where my teacher referred to the "Social Group Time" as a party so we'll continue on. Once the "party" was over every class took a picture with and without the teachers. I'm guessing its because they want to remember this and possibly put it in the school yearbook. Later on, my class was alreayd in our homeroom and about to start our second party. You see, that one was for all the classes combined but now its seperate. Besides, what were we going to do with all the food on the back table?

Honestly, this party was a lot better than the one in the multipurpose room. Thats just my opinion but I know for a fact some kids think the same as well. Unfortunately, my teacher did not put on a movie because he knew that most kids would get loud and not watch it anyway (not me). That really sucked because I wanted to watch the "Hunger Games". The Hunger Games is a movie about a teenage girl named Katniss Everden who volunteers  to participate in the 74th Hunger Games after her very own sister was picked. The "Hunger Games" is an arena where 24 competitors (2 from each district and have to be from the ages 12-18) fight to the death until there is one winner. This is something that every district is afraid of and the people who host the "Hunger Games" do it for their own enjoyment.

It really is a cool and sad story. Something that made me like this movie even more was how it is extremely similiar to the game "Fortnite". "Fortnite" is one of my favorite games in my collection because it is super fun to think of a 100 person battle royale. The reason it is similiar to the "Hunger Games" is because the 100 person battle royale is where 100 players fight to the death. I'm getting a bit off topic so let me continue on about the day. When the party was finally over I said goodbye to a few of my friends since their bus was already leaving. However, I was just waiting for my teacher to call it out my bus's number so I could leave. For some reason, they came super late and I had to wait in the cafeteria because the teachers were leaving. After 30 minutes of waiting my bus was the last one to come out of the two others that were in the cafeteria as well.

Finally, I had gotten home, that was barely a half day. I literally stayed an extra hour before leaving school. Anyway, after reaching home my dad told me to start my homework and eat food. However, I explained to him that I ate too much food during the party to eat anything. When I completed my homework my dad showed me a couple of videos he made for Facebook and his family back in Tibet. Then he let me use my Playstation Four for the rest of the day. On my Playstation the first thing I did was check to see if their were any updates I needed to do for my games and fortunately there wasn't. I mostly played "Fortnite" because it really is super fun. All I wish is that they add some type of ranking system to see how good you are.

So I was actually able to write four paragraphs just from yesterday! Now its time to pick a story and since I've been searching for one in the morning lets begin. This one is called, "SpaceX's Jaw-Dropping Rocket Launch Wows Spectators Across Southern California". Apparently, SpaceX has launched a new rocket that amazed everyone who saw it. It looked like some kind of UFO and a lot of people were freaked out about this. Some even tweeted it and got responses from many different people. However, when news spread that the "UFO" was actually just a rocket launch, many people were either relieved or disappointed. I don't get why you would be disappointed, for all you know if they really were aliens this planet would be overrun by them. That is all for today's post guys!

Today was the last day of school before Winter Break! I kind of expected today to be a bit better but unfortunately it wasn't. Anyway, I'm going to explain what I did. After dropping my sister to her bus stop, I walked back home and was about to brush my teeth. However, I heard a knock on the door and ran because I was just thinking of my mother. And like I thought, she was right outside the front door. She explained to me that she wanted to drop my sister but was little late. Thankfully, my mother got me a breakfast from Journal Square that was pretty big. A black container filled with French Toast and Scrambled Eggs! Before leaving to go to my stop I said goodbye and thanked her for the breakfast. Now it's time for me to talk about what I did during school.

Once I got off the bus and into the building their were already a few kids waiting outside of my class. This confused me because why were they just standing there? That was then I realized my teacher probably wasn't in the classroom. The school made a rule that if their isn't an adult or teacher in the room then the students can't go inside. After waiting a few minutes (5) I saw him coming from the "Teacher's Lounge" and holding a plate full of breakfast. Most of the students in my class were holding a bag filled with gifts for their friends or teachers. I felt kind of bad that I didn't get anything but knew that it didn't really matter. It's not like if you don't bring a present for the teacher he/she doesn't like you.

For first period I had Technology and really enjoyed playing with my friends. No drama occurred and since it was the last day the Tech teacher decided not to give any assignments for us kids. That meant we could just play on the computers and do whatever we want during that 45 minute period. Next up was Dance and the Tech teacher took our class to the cafeteria. There, my class's Dance period started. Honestly, that was the worst thing that happened today. This is because all my teacher did was put on songs for the students to dance to. Lets just say I'm not the best dancer out there, okay? Sure it was pretty fun seeing the other kids do a "Dance Off" but in the end I was just sitting in the corner of the room reading my book.

At least I can tell my father I voluntarily did something to better my education. During Lunch and Recess I was playing Soccer in the field. Unfortunately it was not the best experience as well because the person who was supposed to take me and my friends to the field was late. I got a good 15 minutes before returning back to the cafeteria for food. That was when I saw all the classes sitting down and eating food in one room. Usually the four classes are split into 2 rooms with 2 each. However, since today was the last day the teacher's decided to let them have this privilege.  I spent one hour just standing there and waiting until the "party" was over. The reason I called it a party is because thats what the teachers referred it to as.

Google News

Today's story is about Christmas but not exactly as happy as you would think. Apparently, an elderly couple had 60 pounds worth of marijuana and were caught with it. They explained to the authorities that they were simply spreading "holiday cheer"...... I really doubt that the police would ever listen to that excuse and surely enough, they didn't. The couple which were 80 and 83 were carrying an estimated $366,000 worth of marijuana. That must have really sucked but what sparks my curiousity the most it what they were going to do with it. I mean, would they really smoke all of that? Surely, that isn't healthy and most definitely hurt your lungs and health in general. Besides that, at the end of the story it says that the elderly couple were not in custody. Then where were they?

Thursday, December 21, 2017

Tomorrow is Friday and the last day of school before Winter Break! I am really excited for this and pretty sure everyone else in my school is too! Besides the fact that it is the last day, Friday is also a half day. Let me tell you whats going to happen for tomorrow since one of my teachers told me. After 8:55 A.M my class is going to have Technology and Dance which is really fun. Then, we'll have Lunch and Recess! Finally, the last three periods of the day will be spent having a party and some sort of surprise that the school won't tell us. My Technology teacher said that all the 7th-grade kids are going to be doing something special in the multi-purpose room. I am thinking it is most likely going to be a dance because why else would it be in the multi-purpose room?

Anyway, I still want to talk about today because something good and bad happened. Okay, it doesn't affect me at all but a lot of kids were worried. I guess I'll start out with the bad stuff first so I can end on a good note. During Technology class I was playing with a couple of my friends this game called, "Shell Shock 2 Live". While we were all playing a kid named, "Jaden" came up to one of my friend's computers and turned it off with one push of a button. Immediately, my friend got really pissed off and jumped out of his chair. Then, ran up to Jaden and started choking him. Eventually, a group of girls was able to stop Noah (the friend) and push him against a wall. Jaden started crying because he was the one who turned off Noah's computer. It was bad, fortunately, the teacher claimed Noah down and took him outside to relax.

In the end, Jaden wasn't sent to trouble because my teacher didn't want anyone else to get involved (principle, dean, etc). However, I feel that Jaden should have never turned off Noah's computer because if he didn't none of this would have happened. And you know the worst thing that came out of this? Jaden started crying because Noah grabbed his neck and started choking him even though he started it. Whats even more confusing is why the girls who were holding Noah down actually started hugging Jaden because he was crying. Like if he's gonna turn off someone's computer and expect them to not get mad then, he's got another thing coming. Because he was crying everyone thought he was the victim. I know I wasn't part of this but what really ticked me off was how he didn't even care for what he did next period and acted all happy while Noah was crying at his desk.

Now I want to talk about the good thing that happened during school. Nothing actually happened" but what I referred to as good was P.E class. I just enjoyed it in general, today since it was the last day of P.E before Winter break. My teacher allowed everyone to pick between three things and we could choose two of them. The first choice was "Line Basketball", the second was "Elimination Dodgeball", and finally "Court Basketball". I hated that two of the choices were Basketball so one of them would get picked but it's not like I could have done anything about it. Thankfully, we picked "Elimination Dodgeball" because I love that game. However, there is something I don't get. Why are we even allowed to play Dodgeball if the government says schools aren't allowed to? "Elimination Dodgeball" is the same thing as the actual sport!

Google News!

I honestly don't know what to write about today. No stories have been "Over the Top" or "Decent" for me to write about. I guess I'll just stick to some "Overwatch News" because Overwatch is my favorite game of the year. Starting with how Blizzard (Overwatch Creator) has made a comic about the new brawl that came out during Overwatch's Christmas event. It is called "Yeti Hunt" and I'm assuming that is also the name of the brawl, not sure. Anyway, I'm going to read it and then talk about it. So I just finished it in one minute and that was pretty fast. Basically, what happens is that Mei (main character) is putting some meat on the ground so that she can lure the Yeti. However, the Yeti comes behind her and gets super strong (like ultimate power or something) and chases after her. However Mei traps him inside a trap and then freezes the Yeti. I don't know what happens next because the comic endes. Anyway, see you later.

After waking up I thought it was a half day. Unfortunately for me, when I got to school I realized it wasn't. Today was not anything special and particularly boring. This is mainly because today wasn't Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday. The reason I like these three days is that they are usually the most fun out of the 5 days of the week. Friday especially will be the best day cause on Friday it is definitely a half day and the first two periods are Technology and Dance. Once Dance is over Lunch comes in and is a break for kids. The last two periods are Spanish and ELA. I'm not that crazy for the Spanish period but during ELA my class is going to be watching a movie on the Grinch. I feel like I shouldn't be talking about a Friday on a Wednesday so let me start off the today.

When I got inside the school (from the bus) and walked to my class there were already a few kids. Probably like 5 in total, most were just talking about nonschool related stuff. As more and more kids started pouring in my teacher continued to remind them that breakfast was on the back table. I made sure to not forgot about my Social Studies textbook because I need that for almost every period I have Social.S on. By the time the bell rang most students in my class were still up and talking to their friends. Fortunately, my teacher made announcements about the day and told everyone to get out the room for the first period. Almost every day the first period is Social Studies and I wonder why. All the way through Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we have it.

The only day we don't is Friday and that is Technology. For some reason, my regular Social Studies teacher was absent again so we had another substitute. Thankfully she is a really nice person and the only thing to get on her nerves is when people talk too loud (I'm one of her favorites). Social Studies went by fast without a single complaint and all my work getting completed without any problems. After that was supposed to be Community Circle but it was canceled so all the homerooms went right back to their classes. Because it was canceled my teacher put on a movie and handed every kid their report cards. There were rumors on Monday about the report card being given but I never got it. The same thing happened on Tuesday but guess who didn't get it? Me!

There is only one real highlight for today and that was in ELA. For ELA class my teacher wanted my class specifically to get used to current events and what we talked about today is something I read on Google News previously. About how Donald Trump stated that Jerusalem is the capital of Isreal. I knew some of the stuff that was being talked about so it wasn't hard for me to write about it. We had to answer whether or not we disagree or agree with Donald Trump's decision. I wrote that Donald Trump should have never said anything in the first place. He is only saying this in the first place because Isreal is one of America's allies and he wants to put the U.S Embassy in Jerusalem. Besides that, he wants to stir things up because he feels as though he isn't relevant enough. Finally, Donald Trump wants money from all the ads that will be talking about this.

Google News

This was on the Trending page so that is why I'm going to use it as a story. Another reason why is because on the "For You" section there aren't any stories with enough information. So this story is about how Apple admits it slows down its phones after a year of use which some argue is too short. I agree with this, apparently, the reason is that the battery inside of a phone starts to wear down or get used up after a year or so. Apple gives the option for people to replace their phone batteries with new ones but that process takes a few days. That is why most people buy a new one instead. There are two sides to this. Either Apple is just trying to help their customers with good intentions or they purposely do this for means of making more money. Either way, I feel as though this situation is something that Apple is going to have to talk about.

The second day of the week means it is Tuesday, and with that comes school. Fortunately, because it was Tuesday the 7th grade was allowed to wear their gym uniform for P.E. However I didn't want to talk about that just yet. Instead lets start off back home, in the morning. When I woke up I immediately jumped off my bed to turn off my alarm and go back to sleep. But before I could sleep again my sister got out of her bed and walked over to mine. Eventually I had no choice and besides, my dad was already downstairs. After another 30 minutes I had taken a shower, changed my clothes, and eaten breakfast. Since my dad was here I walked into the playroom and turned on the laptop to watch Youtube.

The reason I watched Youtube was because I needed help with my drawings. Another 40 minutes went by and my drawing was almost complete. Besides that my dad was dropping my sister to school so I could continue watching Youtube until it was time for me to go. Before leaving I heard my dad get a call saying that some kids were leaving trash at the staircase of a store near my stop. Apparently this was directed to the kids at my stop but I for one know that whenever I get a snack from the deli grocery store its always in a black bag and tied twice just to make sure I don't lose it. Once I finally got to school and reached my class there weren't any kids there. That must've meant my bus was actually early!

A few highlights for today were P.E and Lunch. The reason P.E was one of my highlights is because my gym teacher told everyone in my class to grab their jackets. This meant we (my class) were going outside. Whenever we go outside my teacher picks a really fun game. That is, except for today. Now I know that doesn't seem like what a highlight is supposed to be but unfortuantely thats how it has to be. I was only happy because we got to outside in the field (my class barely ever goes to the field). While walking to the field I was running like Naruto from the anime and my teacher realized it (she found it pretty funny. The game my class played was a mixed up version of Baseball. I know I've already written about this game but for the sake of taking up space I'll explain it again.

Someone pitches the ball towards the person with the bat. When it hits everyone in the outfield has to try and get it. Then that team of players has to pass the ball to each other 5 times. If they do that the person with the bat who's running gets an out for there team. However, if the batter runs a whole homerun they get a point. Thats how you play the game, again. I don't remember the name but in my memory its something like" Blaster Ball". Now on to Lunch, the reason it was a "highlight" is because I got some food from the bake sale and gave it to my sister. It just felt amazing to be a good brother and share some food with my sister. I was able to give her a chocolate cake and 3 small glazed donuts before heading back to my class for next period.

Google News

For today's story it talked about Ivanka Trump and how she surprised a high schoool by visiting and making a speech to support technological advances and use of computers for that reason. However, while her purpose is good many parents were uninformed and frustrated with. I bet you most of them just really did not like Donald Trump. They were so mad that the class in which Ivanka Trump visited had parents pulling out 20 of the 30 kids in that room. The good thing is that Ivanka Trump wasn't phased by this and happy to at least see ten brilliant and intellegent scholars. Even a student didn't like her and was forced to hear Ivanka's speech about improvements on computer science. Anyway, that is it for today.

Today is the first day of the week or formally known as Monday. And with the start of a new week, comes the start of another school day. During school nothing "special" happened. Fortunately my Grammer teacher handed out my class's EOT (End of Term). I got a 90% and was pretty happy with myself because I honestly thought my grade would be around an 85%. However, when I showed my father at home he wasn't as happy. He stated that me getting a 90% is proff that my Grammer still isn't good. Even though I type five paragraphs practically everyday. He said that the only reason I type those paragraphs is because he wants me to improve my "formal" langauge. If you only know one language, the least you can do is be your best at it.

Besides Grammer my other classes were okay, I'm going to talk about each period in order and to the fullest detail. For Social Studies my teacher was just making a speech about the start of Social Studies in Term 2 and what my class has learned during Term 1. I think that it was really cool  that he was doing this instead of starting Term 2 before Winter break. Speaking of Winter Break, I found out that public schools have their Winter break for two weeks while my charter school has it for 3. This is what we deserve because besides this, every holiday that we've previously had he public schools have always gotten ane extra one or two days. An example is Thanksgiving, public schools got it for a whole week while mine got 2.

After Grammer was Science. My teacher put on a video from "Khan Academy" that my class was supposed to watch and take notes on. It talked about how cells work inside of an organism's body in greater detail (more than last year). 7th grade is practically last year, except more into the lessons or more additional stuff. Once the video was done he told everyone to turn to page 105 in the textbook and do questions #1-8. I got up to five and will finish the rest tomorrow. By the time it was 11:20 A.M lunch started and all the kids were getting in line to go outside for recess. I just played soccer on the left side of the courtyard with a couple other kids. It was fun while it lasted and soon most kids were inside the lunchrooms.

When I say "lunchrooms" with an "s" I say it like that because there are two rooms. The principal only realized the multipurpose room was available for use a few days ago and has decided to split the kids into two. A lot of students were complaining about this, especially during ELA when we had the "Circle of Life". The "Circle of Life" is something my ELA teacher created where everyone gets into a circle and we talk about issues in the school. This was where the lunchroom issue comes in as well as something that happened on Friday. On Friday the lunch attendant sent 6 kids downstairs to get lunch and only four came back at once. The other two were reportedly "roaming" the halls and came back 10 minutes after the other four. That was what happened during ELA, sorry but I can't talk about anything else since there is one paragraph left and that is for Google News.

Google News

I was going to talk about Donald Trump but when I went to "For You" it showed a new post about Overwatch and I just had to do it. Anyway, lets get started with the post. The title is called, "Overwatch's Top 500 Has An Alternate Account Problem". I feel as though that is not fair. Top 500 is where the best players on Overwatch are and play. However it is not fair if a really good player has four other accounts on Top 500 and steal spots that other players could have. That is why Overwatch is not fair in certain ways. Blizzard allows amazing players to have multiple accounts as long as it isn't playing for someone else of smurfing. It isn't fair for those that hope to reach this spot in Top 500 but can't because we have "pro" players who steal it for their enjoyment. Goodbye.

Its still 9:56 A.M and all I've done is come downstairs and watch a bit of youtube. Besides that, I had breakfast which was eggs, Tibetan bread, and a cup of milk. Literally, nothing else has happened. Well I mean, if you count how annoying my sister has been while I was trying to find some stories from Google News. I mean, she honestly can't get any more annoying. During breakfast, she was making stupid faces that really bothered me and I couldn't concentrate on my food. When I tapped her on the head my mother told me to stop and then said I was being a nuisance. Like, I was only doing that because of how annoying she was! But then I get in trouble...... This world isn't always fair. So yeah, that was basically my day so far.

Right now I closed the door so she can't do anything to distract me but she is continuously getting a spoon and unlocking it from the other side. Now that I explained everything lets get on to the news! Usually, when I do the news the story that I pick is the one that I''m most interested in. However, now that I have to cover a lot more space (4 more paragraphs) some of the stories aren't going to be my "favorite". So this one is called, "North Koreans mark the 6th anniversary of Kim Jong II's Death". There was even a video attached to it that was from Fox News. At first, I thought it was old and confused but then realized its just the way Fox News presents their stories.

Anyway, a few days ago, Kim Jong II died and now Kim Jong Un is going to take his place. I don't know whether or not I said his name right (the person who died). Either way, this really confused me because I thought Kim Jong Un was already the leader of North Korea. I guess not, papa when you get home, tell me if he was already the leader or now he is. It just doesn't seem right, especially when I did that post about North Korea and the people who escaped and came to South Korea or the United States. Some escapees may have even gone to China. Which confuses me again. In that story, it stated that people who crossed the border to China and caught were sent back. However, I thought Donald Trump and China were friends so why would they do that. Seems like for now China is neutral.

Something that this story reminded me of was during the Tibetan rally in New York. The Tibetan Administration president clearly stated that Tibet is way more isolated and unfree than North Korea. Yet the news never speaks of Tibet. Only North Korea or Syria, why don't we get any credit or at least attention to our problem? That is why the Tibetan rally was such a good thing and I hope that the United Nations had heard our pleas. I also hope Donald Trump knows about our situation and talks to China about it. There was a Trump Tower right next to the place where the speech was taking place, however, it is highly unlikely that he himself heard of this. I searched up whether or not Trump cares about Tibet's issue.

Let's just say that the results weren't the best. For the past 30 minutes, I've been on youtube and watching videos about the Tibetan issue and how Trump responded to it. This really confuses me because how can my dad like a person so much, yet they don't even care for the country that you're from. My dad is Tibetan and one of the links on the page that I was on states, " Trump says he will provide ZERO aid to exiled Tibetans and is on the side of the Chinese. If the president of the United States doesn't care about our issue then why would the United Nations care? Then, the video that I watched (on youtube) was about a Chinese man saying that Tibet is over because no one cares for there issue except for themselves and a few others. Even the comments said mean stuff like "Tibetan people will never get the help they need once their Dalai Lama dies". This is really messed up and now I can really understand what that rally was all about. "Free Tibet, Free Tibet, Free Tibet!".

12/16/2017

Since I can't talk about my day because its still early in the morning, I've decided to finish yesterday and then go into Google News. Now let me just go to yesterday's post and check to see where I left off. Okay, so because I left off at ELA class I'll talk about Math and then  continue at home. During Math (yesterday), My teacher told my class that we wouldn't be doing any learning. There are two reasons why. One, she wanted to start our second book (volume 2) on Monday. Two, because it was Friday and the school is implementing "Class Dojo", we have "Fun Friday" where the class just relaxes and watches a movie or plays a game. I don't understand why we don't have Fun Friday in homeroom but best not to think too much about it.

What we did yesterday for Fun Friday was play "Jeopardy". I know Jeopardy is an actual show where contestants take a type of quiz and rack up money if thye get the question correct. It seems really hard considering how there is so much information in the world to undertand so you don't know what your going to be quizzed on. From, dinosaurs to the "Holocaust" or even the "Vietnam War". The possibilites are endless, in my opinion it seeems that winning money must be for the extremely luckly people. My teacher grouped my class into four teams. I was in team 4, my teacher even gave each team a buzzer that they could press once they got their answer. To be honest it was pretty fun and lasted until the class was over so I have no objections over it.

Now, when I got off my afternoon bus it was hard to see cars because of the snow falling down. Fortunately, I got pass safely without any trouble. The thing that really bothered me was how cold it was. The snow was even getting inside my sweater so I had to wear my back pack like I was pregnant. Once I walked inside the house I saw my dad and sister waiting for me in the kitchen. While eating my lunch the two of them were changing their cothes. I decided to not finish my food because I was full and go into the bathroom to change as well. When I was in the bathroom I had an idea. Why not made a family "meeting" where we all sat down and decided to make some changes. This seemed like a pretty good idea to me and I was even more happy when my dad agreed to do it.

So all three of us sat at the table with one pencil and paper. We started from the morning all the way to the end of the day. For the morning my dad and I didn't have any changes needed. However, my sister wanted to be "extra" and say that I should wake up earlier. Whats wrong with waiting a few more minutes in bed? Since we couldn't do anything to change the "school" the last thing on the list was for after school (when back home). My dad stated that he could change our (sister and I) bedtime from 8:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M which I immidiately voted for. Then I decided to make a change on permitting the use of the "Playstation Four" on Fridays because even though I can "supposedly" already do that, sometimes my dad says no. With this, he can't say that anymore now that its on the paper.

That is all for the day, now Google News!

The "Top Stories", "World", or "U.S" aren't something that normally like to talk about. However even though there is a new Overwatch (game) story on Google News I've decided to take a break from that. Since the only subject other than gaming and Technology is North Korea or at least in the news I'm going to talk about that today. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson urges North Korea to halt its nuclear weapon testing for the time being , at least until America and North Korea can talk about the nuclear weapons program. However, with the White House not supporting Tillerson and North Korea barely even concerned there aren't any high hopes for Tillerson's message to be received. The news story says North Korea will not stop its Nuclear Missle Program for any means.

12/15/2017

After waking up the first thing I did was check outside to see if it was snowing. Fortunately it wasn't so it wouldn't be as cold as yesterday. Then I waited another 5 minutes in my bed because I felt so warm and knew that once I got out it would be chilly. And like I thought, when I finally got out of my bed the walk downstairs was cold. That is why I immediately tried to put on my sweater as fast as possible and eventually got warmer. For the rest of the morning I put on my school clothes and got ready to drop my sister. However, my mother came at 7:00 A.M abnd brought breakfast from McDonalds. Besides that, she told me that she would drop my sister which gave me more time to eat the breakfast.

The rest of the morning was my mom coming back from the bus stop and wanting to talk to me about a few things like a haircut or what to do on the weekends. Once we finished talking I put on my back pack and left the house for my stop. The good thing was that the bus didn't come late because if it did I would have been standing in the cold wind. When I got off the bus I walked into the building and up some stairs to my homeroom. The the breakfast the school gave my class was some smalll muffin and milk so I didn't want it. And besides, why would I want school breakfast when I just ate a "McMuffin" from McDonalds? Another thing I noticed was that my regular teacher wasn't there so we got a substitute.

For the whole day, I was wondering why he didn't come to school. He did not seem like the type of person to not come and teach his students. Mr. Correa even stated that if his students behaved bad, he would teach only for the purpose of them learning. I guess I'll see on Monday why he didn't come. Him not being at school today was kind of unsatisfying because I really wanted to turn in my essay. Now that I can't the feeling of having an essay with me and possibly losing it makes me worried. Some highlights of the day were two. Technology and ELA, usually it would be Dance instead of ELA but because my Grammer teacher wasn't here as well, the class was not as fun and energizing.

During Technology, I finished the assignment given so I played on the computer with my friends. The game we played was called, "Shell Shock 2 Live" and I really enjoy it. However, I soon realized everyone in the class was playing "Cartoon Strike" (used to be favorite game) and I really wanted to show them who was the best player so I switched games. Unfortunately, my game crashed before the round ended so I wasn't even playing (the thing that triggers me the most was the fact that I was the top player, however once the game crashed and I had to reload, my statistics were gone from the match. The reason ELA class was a highlight for me was because I finished the work given to me and even got to draw (my drwaing was thrown in the garbage).

Google News!

So apparently, Donald Trump thinks that the FBI is "Disgraceful". The reason behind this is in the article itself stating that the FBI has not been handling politically sensitive cases correctly. He has the guts or nerve to say this right before leaving a ceremony of 200 law enforcement officers graduating to become FBI. Donald himself states that he will change the way the FBI is into something that America can appreciate and know that the FBI is looking out for them. For some reason, Trump also mentions a gang in America called, "MS-13" which is apparently a violent gang group that were just a few days ago trying to kill a lost teen boy at Long Island. Trump has linked this to the two terrorists attacks saying that the terrorsits themselves have only came to America because of a visa lottery. I guess Donald really lcares a bit too much about the immigration system.

12/14/2017

I was just writing a five paragraph essay before this so my hands are a bit tired but I am going to try and do this as fast as possible so that I can play and have fre time before going to sleep. My goal is to at least have an hour and 10 minutes which is 30 minutes from now. Can I do this? I don't know, but I have to try.... Okay, so first things first. Today was dress down so I wore some black pants (not jeans) and then a navy blue shirt with buttons. I think it looked pretty formal and that was why I wore it. When it was time to drop my sister to her bus stop I put on my shoes, grabbed my keys, got my sweater, and ran outside while making sure to lock the door behind me.

Once the two of us reached the bus stop I was super scared because I didn't know how long it was going to take for the bus to come. You see, it was snowing outside and really cold! I was extremely paranoid that my sister's bus was going to make me late for mine. As the seconds went by my mind was racing and that was when I saw a yellow bus. Immediately, I told my sister to put on her bookpack and get ready. However, as the bus cmae closer and closer I realized it was for another school and heard the laughs and happy screams of the children at the stop. Eventually, it came but not after another 10 minutes. When my sister got inside I ran to my house afraid if I wa slate for my stop.

Fortunately, it was only 7:44 A.M and I had nothing to worry about. Now I'll skip the minutes of waiting until 8:00 A.M to go. After getting on my bus I was getting paranoid again. This was because everywhere I walked, no one was wearing dress down. Thankfully, I asked thet girl next to me wether or not it was a $2 dress down and she said it was. Later on, for first period of school I had Science and found out that I got a 89% on my Science EOT (End of Term) test which was good for me since it was a B+. Then, I had P.E and played my favorite game which was called, "Swamp Ball". This may sound stupid because it literally is dodgeball. Except the fact that you can get your teamates back. At least its an excuse to play the game I love.

Besides those two periods, the only other highlight of my day was during ELA. Today was the day we had to make groups of people (3 each) and make a story off of that. I decided to pair up with two of my Asian buddies, John and Lhawrencelie. I think thats how you say his name. I had to ask him how to spell it when we turned in our story. The story that we made was called, "Ying and Yang". It didn't really have anything to do with Ying and Yang besides the characters. Let me explain, a man named "Yang" escaped his family's homeland in search of inner peace. That is when he finds a buddhist named Zenyatta who teaches him everyday on the Himilayan mountains. From there, Zenyatta dies and Yang decides to free the world of all its troubles by eliminating them one by one.

There is a few more stuff but I kind of wanna talk about Google News. You know the game "Overwatch"? Of course you do, I've been talking about it ever since I got it! Anyway, the Overwatch Apex (tournament) is over and the winners of the tournament (Envyus) have taken a picture holding their trophy. This picture has actually made it into the National Geographic Best Photo's of 2017! That must be pretty cool for the team considering how that picture is of all them together smiling about their win of the tournament. I would b happy if my picture was chosen to be in the National Geographic Best Photo's of 2017. Ha ha, I was able to finish this in 25 minutes! A new record! Papa, I finished the work.

12/13/2017

For today's post I'm going to be talking about a few things. One, anime or more specifically the anime I got yesterday from my friend. Second, P.E and what I did there. Third, the rest of the day or other "highlights". And finally, Google News. I feel that since I am going to be talking about anime first I should start now. Remember the time I talked about one of my friends giving me a book on this anime called, "Akame Ga Kill"? Well I really enjoy this anime and today she gave me the other three books that she had. Okay, let me backtrack to yesterday. My friend "Destiny" handed me the 4th manga of the series and I liked reading it because of all the action scenes.

The good thing about mangas is that they don't have multiple sentences on one page. Every page has at least 2 pictures in it (and thats the lowest). In my opinion, it still may be harder or longer to make a book but mangas are what most younger people (teenagers) are going to want to read. If you can draw anime, and make a really interesting, cool, action packed, booked. That is most likely going to be a fairly decent book. Anyway, I feel kind of dumb because since I read the 4th version of the manga I know what is going to happen in the end. However, that doesn't mean the other three books aren't going to be good because they can still provide some fairly decent information to the text.

As for right now, I have the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd books of the series (including the 4th). Let me show you a picture of the first one. Okay, so you see the one with the girl in black hair and sword? That is it right there. All in all, this series is really good nad really helps me get through certain periods or times where I have nothing to do. Now I'm giong to talk about the other stuff I've done. Now I'm going to talk about P.E and what I did there. After Social Studies was over, my gym teacher told us we were going to be going doing something called the "One Mile Run". She said that we could walk or run but it all depended on how fast we were. I knew this but decided to go slow at the start. I mean I still got 3rd place but I feel I could have gotten 2nd if I went faster.

I know for a fact that I could not get 1st place even if I tried my hardest because that boy was a sportn enthusiast. He played Basketball, did cross country, played Soccer, and got number one in his class last year. Anyway, the reason I am always excited whenever I do stuff like this is because it really makes me happy knowing I'm better at certain things than my classmates. Besides that, the feeling of sweat made me know that I was trying my best and not slacking off. A good workout during school, that is mainly what I strive for whenever my class has P.E. To have a fun time and improve my physical status at the same time. Unfortunately, I'm not going to do the other "highlights" because there isn't anything to talk about so now i'll start google news.

I'm really excited for Overwatch because yesterday they started off the winter with the "Winter Wonderland" event! This means new skins, new sprays, new highlight intros, new emotes, new victory poses, new brawls, and newly decorated maps! The skins thagt they added look so cool nad I'm extremely happy that the update came. What I am relaly happy about is the new skin for Roadhog (hero)! It looks so amazing! In fact, alll the new skins look amazing! We have Ana's owl skin, roadhog's fisherman skin, Sombra's Jack Frost skin, Soldier 76's snow skin, Junkrat's beach skin, Hanzo's "Casual" skin, and Bastion's rover skin! Sorry for putting so many exclamation points but this is all really exciting. I can't put any photos because I already have one and there aren't any images of them either way. Bye bye!

12/12/2017

Okay, I've decided to talk about the rally that I went to on Sunday. Just five minutes ago, I was on the verge of completing my post but now I've decided to make a new one and save the pervious for tomorrow. That way, I have less to do since tomorrow is also a half day. When I woke up my aunt was already downstairs and getting ready for the rally. I didn't know that I had to go because my parents never told me but once I read the note from my dad I realized I couldn't stay home. Immediately, I started brushing my teeth and changing clothes so that I could have as much time on the computer before leaving. The event happens at 9:00 A.M and it was already 8:30 A.M. Yet, only my aunt was downstairs. Ten minutes later my mom and sister came.

Apparently my mother wasn't coming and I didn't know why. However, she was really getting me mad. The reason behind this is because she was yelling at me for wearing "thin clothes". I felt as though my sweater and pants were fine but no. She was the one calling the shots. I continued to argue with her about the pants and sweater but she wouldn't give in. At that point my mind was going crazy because I really did not want to wear the ones she was telling me to use. They looked extremely tight and I knew they would hurt while I was walking. And like I thought, my predictions were not wrong because when I walked from my house all the way to the train station it hurt.

I'm not saying it was a long walk, I am saying that the pants were really hurting me while I was walking. But my brain told me to endure it and I didn't make a huge fuss over it. Skipping past the long train ride and getting out the elevator, my aunt was already walking to the edge of the street so that a cab would come to us. It looked pretty funny because she didn't know how to call a cab correctly. Fortunately, one came after 5 minutes of waiting and all three of us (me, aunt, and sister) got inside and went all the way to the United Nations headquarters. When I heard the cab was taking us the United Nations building I was pretty concerned. Why were we going there?

Then, I found out that the event was taking place near the building. However there was still a purpose for it. The first thing that happened when I got there was the sound of someone speaking in a microphone. Apparently, someone was speaking to the huge crowd of Tibetans near the stage. There were many speakers but the one that I was most happy   to hear the President of the Tibetan Administration. I had two reasons why he was one of my most favorite speakers. One, he spoke English so I could understand what he said. Second, he was adding jokes to his speech while still stating the main message. "Free Tibet!" and "You may choose to look the other way, but you can never say you didn't know".

I'm going to explain what this quote means. Basically, it talks about how China is looking the other way and ignoring the Tibetans and what they want, but they can never say that they didn't know of the crisis in Tibet and how they are the reason for it. The President was also talking about how if China would just talk to the Dalai Lama they would gain much wisdom from him and would be able to improve their relationships with other countries, besides Tibet. Ever since Tibet was invaded by China, it was taken over and controlled to this day. I'm assuming that the Chinese president feels the same way about Tibet as his ancestors because if he didn't then Tibet would be able to have its freedom. Some other stuff that happened was that after the speech of the president the people working there would give Tibetan food to all the people and then start the rally, walking from the stage all the way to the building of Communist China. That was it for the rally, my dad, sister, and I left at the end of the march because it was taking way too long.

12/11/2017

Since today was the first day of the week I wanted to start out fresh or ready for the day. I took a shower, ate some cereal, and put on my school clothes. The only thing I despised was doing my tie. I tried to do it for about 10 minutes before asking my aunt if I could go on her phone and watch a video on it. Eventually I was able to pull it off and headed out my house to the bus stop. But not before saying bye to my aunt because she was leaving for India and not coming back for another month, January 3rd. Once I reached school one of my friends named Destiny was trying to say something to me. At first I didn't understand but after a while realized she got 4 new anime books from "Barns and Nobles".

I was really excited because whenever I need a book to read she's always gives me one. Thats why I'm nice to her and today I was being extremely grateful. However I'll talk more about that later. For first period my Social Studies teacher said that my school was inviting guests from Vietnam and I was particualy interested. However, then he said to me that they weren't coming to talk, just look around the school. Now I was kind of lost, why would a group of Vietnamese people come to the school? I mean, maybe they were a group parents and want their children to go here? But if that was the case, why would my teacher go ahead and waste his time talking about that. I wouldn't...

Later on in Science, my teacher told everyone that we were going to take a quiz nd he was giving everyone 5 minutes to study in case you haven't. I definitely did not study but didn't realize he was letting us until it was too late. By the time the five minutes were up, I was just grabbing my textbook from the middle of the table. I tried to work up the nerve and protest but knew that it was my fault for not listening. When we took the quiz, it was actually easy and the the only question I wasn't sure of was the 7th one. Before the quiz was over my Science teacher wrote on the board saying that there would be a bonus question. Fortunatly I knew what the answer was and got it right!

Because of that I was able to get to get a 100%. You see, the question I wasn't sure of was also the one that I got wrong. That was why I was so relieved when I got the bonus right! Now I'm going to talk about Destiny and why she getting four of those anime books makes me so happy. Let me just get straight to the point, I LOVE ANIME and when I find out a new one that I haven't seen or read and enjoy it I am filled with the need to continue reading until there is no more books or episodes of it left. This one in particular really caught my eye. Its called "Akame Ga Kill" and its about a boy by the name of Tatsumi who comes from a very poor village. He works up the courage and trains with two of his other friends to become master swordsman. Then they head into the city to make money and support their poor village. However Tatsumi's two friends die and now its his job to make money while helping the innocent people of the capital.

Google News, speaking of anime. One of my most favorite called "Sword Art Online" is making their new season. So far they have Sword Art Online and Sword Art Online: Gun Game. I wonder what the new one is going to be called. Apparently the game is going to be completely new. Okay, what I mean when I say game is about the anime itself. You see, every main character takes place in a game. Okay, that seems a bit confusing, let me rephrase that. They live in a world where virtual reality is taken to the next level, in gaming! They put little virtual reality helmets on their heads and when turned on they take themselves to the game of that system. For the first season (original) the main character was trapped and the only way out of the game is to beat the final boss. Its really risky though because if you die in the game, you die in real life. That is it for today!

12/09/2017

Since I couldn't go to the field trip yesterday because I didn't have the "complete" uniform. I was told to stay inside one of the 2nd grade classrooms which I actually enjoyed. But let me start from the beginning. Once, I got to class there weren't many kids. However, as the minutes went by, more started to show up. Out of the 29 kids in my class  3 of them weren't in their correct uniform like me. Before all the kids who were going on the field trip got in line me and the other 3 kids were sent to seperate rooms. In total, there were around 16 kids who weren't going to the trip. The reason I really enjoyed my 2nd grade class (one I was put in) was because the teacher of that room was mine last year.

Okay so maybe she wasn't my homeroom teacher, but she was kind of the assistant. I liked how nice she was and that was why I was so happy. She kindly told me to put my stuff in the back table and even let me use the black chair that can roll! Since she was so nice, I didn't want to cause any problems for her and she seemed a bit stressed anyway. Apparently, the kids that were in the class had to take an EOT (End of Term) test that would greatly improve their grade. Some of them weren't listening and given this even I tried to get them to quiet down. After spending 2 hours in that back table I finished the work my ELA teacher assigned me to to do and used the bathroom as well.

When all the kids finished the test, she told them it was time for snack and they all rushed to their seats so that their group would be called to get snack first. It was quite amusing and while eating their snack she let them watch a movie. This is where the really nice part comes into play, she let me watch the movie as well and I was grateful for that. Soon it was time for the kids to have lunch. I was just sitting quietly when the nice teacher told me that I could go as well. So I grabbed my sweater and walked with the class outside and played some soccer with the younger kids. There was even another 7th grade kid who wanted to play but feared he might hurt one of the little kids.

After recess was over I headed inside the cafeteria with the little kids and made sure that they were quiet since I didn't want the lunch attendents to say they were too loud. Its not like it would hurt me or anything, but it just feels better to know that the class in which my favorite teacher is in charge of is quiet. At 2:00 P.M the kids all lined up and I took them up to Technology. Then, they all went inside the room and I helped my teacher carry their jackets and lunch boxes. Later on, I asked my teacher a few questions about the school and she even gave me a book that she read back in 8th grade.

Now time for Google News, I know that I don't know all the details of the story but hear me out. So today I was looking at the news for a few minutes because I was bored and came across the subject of how Jerusalam is apparently now being fully controlled by Isreal. Before, Isreal and Palestinians have kept seperate sides of this place but Donald Trump is the first president to ever say that Jerusalam belongs to one of these nations. I feel as though Donald Trump should mind his own business and just let these two nations have their own arguement. There is no reason to get into an arguement that was never related to you and then say something like that. Now Palestinians are protesting against this and I feel that America has no reason to speak because they are irrelavent to this crisis.

12/08/2017

The fourth day of the week and one more day left before the weekend. There are two reaosns that I am really going to enjoy tomorrow. One, its the last day of the week so two days of no school afterward and two, its my sister's birthday and she is really happy about that. You know, is she's happy then I'm happy. Unless she does something to me that makes me unhappy. Anyway, lets start from 6:09 A.M since that was when I decided to get out of bed and walk downstairs. Once I reached the kitchen I checked to see if there was a not but there wasn't so I headed to the playroom. Then I asked my sister to check and see if my aunt was downstairs because my mom said she would be home.

Technically, she was at home but was leaving in 5 minutes. After she left my sister started putting on her clothes and I was brushing my teeth. I'm going to skip to the part where I drop my sister at her bus stop in order to save a few minutes worth of text. By the time I got back home it was 7:29 A.M so I used the bathroom and started drawing until 8:00 A.M. When it was time to go I walked out the back door while still remembering to lock it. Fortunately I wasn't late for the bus, however it was incredibly boring just standing there waiting for the bus. Skipping 30 minutes.......I'm in my class getting ready for first period when my Math teacher tells me that I'm taking my test during lunch.

The first two period that I had were Science and P.E (Physical Education). During Scicence my teacher gave us a new worksheet to complete that is similiar to the quiz my class is taking tomorrow. I really hope I get a good grade on it. Besides that, the period was pretty fun with the mix of jokes while still completing the work. He even put a rap on the lesson we were on and lets just say it was pretty cringy. Especially when you looked at the guy himself saying the lyrics. Afterward, for P.E my class did our regular warmup and played a game called "Numbers". It is really fun and I enjoy it a lot, basically everyone runs around the gym and the teacher is supposed to suddenly call out a number.

Whatever number she called you would have to go ahead and find a group of people. Then all of you would sit in a straight line. The amount of people in the line depends on the number. I know my teacher doesn't make these games up because even she admits that most of these warmups are from the internet. She literally types, "Fun Physical Education games". I don't think thats bad because you can't just expect a gym teacher to come up with a new game every time you have a class. The rest of the period was spent playing a tennis version of baseball and don't even get me started with the name of the game. Its not that its bad, its just that I forgot what it was. The rest of my day wasn't fun at all but I got through it in the end.

Google News, you should already know this but I never go into the "Entertainment" or "Sports" section because there is nothing really interesting about them to me. I don't know a single soccer team and only know one football team whihc is the "Giants". The only reason how I know them is because everyone in my class talks about them. And if you thought I was going to talk about them, you were very wrong..... I'm going to go into the Technology section today! The game that I'm getting, called "Destiny 2" is something that I really think I'll like. I know a lot of people don't like it (more dislikes than likes) and the new dlc that came out is not free, but I still enjoy it. However my actual favorite, "Overwatch" just announced the new event that is happening on December 12 and I am extremely excited. I'll finalaly be able to get the skin that I've wanted and waited for a year! Anyway, thats it for today!

Dream shoes

This weekend was like an epic study moment session where I just spent all of my time just practicing for the ELA EOY, the Math EOY, and the...
